Shake Shack is decent, but it doesn’t quite live up to the hype for me. The burgers are definitely better than McDonald’s—fresher ingredients and better flavor—but they still fall short compared to Carl’s Jr. Portions feel a bit small for the price, and while everything is fine, nothing really stands out. It’s a solid option if you’re nearby, just not something I’d go out of my way for.

I'm a regular, and can't complain about a single thing food is always on point and the servers stay on point with drink refill and any other need,favorite burger spot in Hollywood blvd.

The food was so good yesterday that I came back, but my burger was full of oil! Super strange since burgers don’t tend to be oily! It stained through the wrapping and a napkin. Disgusting… I couldn’t finish it.

For a busy location. They served food pretty fast.

Sooooo shake shake has always been a treat for me because it is on the pricier side. I needed a quick eat and chill on my lunch from my new job and I had the pleasure of coming to this location.

I had no idea that they had people going around helping with clearing tables, doing refills, etc. it felt like I full sit down meal but for less now some how.

Specifically I want to give kudos to Addison! She helped me get a refill a couple times 😅😅 even was kind enough to come when I was low and ask if I wanted it which is beyond kind. Very rare you see customer service like this and it should be acknowledged for sure! I hope her bosses do something for her great work!

The shroom burger was a bit burnt and the mushroom tuff. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The vibe Friday after a show so it was very crowded and loud so I just ordered to go.

Location is great, and appreciate the cleanliness. Staff was also friendly. But the parking structure is TERRIBLE. Confusing and the worst lot I've ever been too. Difficult to exit the lot, expensive (but it's LA) and flat out confusing. Worst parking lot ever. Never going back

I ordered a simple one patty burger, no cheese, added onions. Lettuce wrapped. It was delicious! All the customizations were available in the kiosk! Plus how many calories I saved with no bun and no cheese. I didn't expect that!
Plus I liked that the very clean bathrooms are only for customers, so order first.
Service was great. I needed help after ordering and it was readily available.

I ordered delivery and our fries were missing. I called to see what happened but the manager said it wasn’t his responsibility. Be careful ordering delivery from this Shake Shack.

Very slow service, 15 mins waiting for food when restaurant was almost empty
