I just know that you’re not paying them enough because they’re always in a rush and without failure I will ask for a side of something or utensils and napkins and it’s never in the bag when I pick it up so either pay them more or hire more people for accuracy.

Im a big fan of this Shake Shack the staff are extremely nice and they make my burgers to perfection every single time. The atmosphere isnt too bad but there are just days it could feel cleaner in the dining area. But overall I definitely recommend eating at this fine establishment and anything that you order is made very well to enjoy.

Stopped by the Shake Shack at Westfield Mall and was really impressed—especially with their new chicken bites formula! It’s made with wheat now, and the flavor and texture are so much better than before. Pairing it with BBQ or ranch sauce really enhances the taste—definitely worth a try!
I’m not someone who usually experiments with the whole menu, but these chicken bites are hands down the best. I also love their onion rings and a couple of their shakes, which never disappoint. The staff here are super friendly, the service is quick, and the location is spotless.
Perfect place to grab a quick bite before or after shopping—great food, great vibe, and an overall fantastic experience at this Shake Shack!

Food was very very good, but definitely not an everyday eat: greasy, cheesy, and always hits the spot. The food is very expensive though; the normal burger was $12.00 not including tax and tip, and fries were around $6.00. The sauces were also quite disappointing.

First shake shack experience here. I usually don't like burgers but this place really changed my mind. It is on the pricier end for how small it is but I would totally come back. The portions are perfect for me. But I did have to order a couple more for the rest of my family.

I suppose I'd say the location and the brand Re a fixture now... what else can one say about a tried and true joint? What you expect happens pretty much every single time ~ at least whenever I visit. Maybe an updated interior is the only thing that I can suggest? It's the human condition... variety being the spice of life.

The cost of the food was very good and the atmosphere was amazing. I enjoyed my meal here. It was very delicious and my mother and I were very pleased to have come to the store for the first time as we are coming from Australia we don’t have this restaurant back at home. Thank you ☺️
