The Shack Burger was delicious. It was even better if you ordered double beef patties. However, It doesn't come as a combo. Fries are sold separately. Overall, the food I ordered was fresh, The food service was fast, and a great atmosphere by the outdoor dining and food court area.

Mediocre food at best. Virtually no service. You have to wait in line for ketchup. Uncomfortable seating. Avoid.
If you want to wait 15 minutes for 2 overpriced shakes, and then have to ask where they are just for the MANAGER to grab it off the back table after it's been sitting there 10 minutes, and he non chalantly puts them down in front of you and doesn't say a word, then I would recommend this place.
