Located in the food court area of my favorite area in DTLA. Took a minute to find, but the overall atmosphere is a perfect retreat during a busy workday.

Hmmm I remember shake shack being better but I didn’t like this one that much. The meat didn’t feel as fresh for some reason. I didn’t like the fries sauce too as it was heavy.

I love this fast food chain. but for some reason the food here is of very low quality. The burgers are not tasty, and the milkshakes have an odd taste. upset.

Food was good but there's black mold in the air vent. I'm allergic to mold but even if I wasn't this would be disgusting.

Situated inside of an office building with tons of seatings that were shared with only one other eatery, Danny’s Pizza. The place was clean and airy. The classic burger sure looked a lot smaller than on the video ordering board. The veggie burger was slightly bigger than the classic cheeseburger. Both tasted fine, but nothing special.

Vegetarian options: Two options: the sroom burger and the veggie burger.

Parking: Lots of expensive underground parking nearby.

Took advantage of T-Mobile Tuesday deals and got a free burger with a Yuzu Lemonade, not bad for five dollars. The patio outside has a great view and it is very quiet for being in the heart of the city.Other than that, it's your standard Shake Shack. Service is quick, organized and the store is clean. Great place to treat yourself.

Both the hamburger and fries were very delicious.I want to go there again when I travel. It was lunchtime, but perhaps by chance it wasn't crowded and I was able to order smoothly. The atmosphere of the store was also nice.

There is a good court in-between buildings and that's where this Shake Shack is. Ordering and payment is all automated. Good was tasty.
