We had a bit of time to kill before our flight as you do. So we caught the shuttle bus to another terminal to eat Shake Shack!Worth it. Tried the shake for the first time and wasn’t overly impressed. People rave about them but I’m all about those burgers. Yum!

Good tasting hot dogs definitely different from the norm. Environment is pretty nice and upbeat the prices are just a little too high. Going to have to give it a second shot and try something else next time

Quick, fast, and easy. If your are reading this yelp review you are probably sitting at LAX on a lay over or a flight somewhere. I was coming on a layover from a delayed flight from delta airlines with nothing in my stomach for hours. Shack shack was an oasis in the LAX airport. The golden sign of civilization in a shadowy dark airport with endless TSA and check in lines. People of Yelp y'all not know I idea how Shack Shack had my back when I needed it most going to SFO . Get ready for this storyI was in a line probably number 7 . 9 after some assholes cut everyone . My flight was boarding in 8 minutes. (Drives you anxious right ) I'm not sure why I stayed but I had faith. The line moved , the cashier told the dick heads that cut every one to get to the back. (She the realest sistah ever) . Someone else gave up and I placed my mighty order in the fastest way I could give it along with my card ready to pay. The chef in the back is listening and already working on my order before it makes it to the KDS ( f****** amazing right) . I got a order for two people being the west coaster I forgot what exactly I got . but it was a burger with a mushroom patty and a beef one with extra cheese. Some fries and a Coca Cola. I dropped a 20 dollar tip. Because I knew I was getting ready to gas it to the gate. I get an announcement of group 2 (of 4 ) boarding the flightThe chef hit me up " what kinda sauce you need bruh" , I asked for the all mighty bbq sauce . 1min to take off . They give me a 40 second heads up . (Don't know why I stayed but I just believed) The girl at the counter hands me my order with initiative , I ran a 400 meter sprint with shake shake in one hand luggage in the other in about 90 seconds. I'm gassed out and I end up being the last one at the gate before they close the dam airplane door. In the words of the great Jesse Pinkman " Yeaaahh, B***** Burger was perfect I scarfed it down in front of many jealous faces including that of the assholes who had the audacity to cut the great one in line ! Dammit shout to the shack shake LAX team !! Y'all some real ones !
This was my first experience at Shake shack. There was a line outside for social distancing which everybody was doing 100%. I was first in line and 13 minutes later nobody acknowledged me as I waited with a long line behind me. A wave of people came up and started complaining about their food being incorrect. Me and the whole line all left at the same time. I gave two stars because I am assuming they're having issues with coronavirus. I went to in and out they had no issues

Worst customer service ever! Waitress asked me to leave and gave seat next customer literally 1 second after i finished my burger (still chewing). Also mocking me for making next customer wait. The two tables next to me have been eating for 30 minutes or so. Will not eat at any Shake Shack again. Bye

We stopped off here on a lay over en route to Honolulu, indulging in shakes and burgers. My kids really loved the shakes and it was the perfect mid trip meal. This review was from the 2019 Holiday Season, so not sure what's available during the days of COVID.

The burgers from here are pretty ok, just like any other burger. BUT what you should definitely order from here are the fries! Especially the curly fries! It is soo goood!!! Nice and crispy

In n out is dank. If your willing to wait about 30 minutes to get some food it's well worth it. I recommend getting animal fries which are on the secret menu and a double double with a Neapolitan shake which is also on the secret menu. Highly recommend.
