I went to this wonderful restaurant Shamshiri for lunch/dinner and the experience was amazing. We had the best service and the food was to die for. I really enjoyed my food Thank you to my server Ali Z for such a great time

We had dinner here this evening, and overall, the experience was disappointing. The food was just okay. I ordered the kebab (barg), which unfortunately tasted overly tenderized--almost processed--which took away from what should have been a more authentic flavor and texture.
Service was the biggest issue. We only saw our server when placing our order and again just as we were about to leave—no check-ins, no follow-up. It felt as though good service was reserved for regulars or those they recognized. That said, the busboys were attentive and helpful—they were the only part of the service that stood out in a positive way.
Unfortunately, due to the lackluster service and underwhelming food, I'm not sure I'd return.

actual perfection. the food is so flavorful and authentic- reminded me of childhood. also, the value of everything you get for the price is amazing. thank u sooo much. I got the vegan khoresh bademjan. u can only get it on Tuesdays and Thursdays but it’s amazinggg. love all the vegan options <3 would be awesome if u could make vegan koobideh with impossible meat, but regardless, great food.

Shamshiri's one that kind of sets the bar, for me, and with a very friendly staff, to boot. Don't be shy when you come in--their podium's in the back because they use the front for festive decorations, so they may not see you straight away if they're busy.

The best Persian restaurant I have eaten at anywhere in the US. I would recommend something, but every time I come here I try something different and it is excellent, so I guess I would recommend anything. Really, anything. At least one person at the table should get the cherry rice and the barberry rice so the table can all get a taste. The fesanjan is at least as good as any I've had or made. Portions are huge, so you can let your friends taste your food, although you might get possessive about it. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the people watching is great if you like to watch families having fun together.

We booked a table for 6. Services was great food was amazing, tea and desserts were delicious. Serving size is great. I’m so glad to say that from last 20+ years they are serving their customers with respect, and great tasting food. Will be back soon. ❤️❤️❤️

This restaurant was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. We went early for lunch and the service was spot on. The waiter was patient and took the time to go over the menu and answer questions. Food was legitimately delicious and by the time we were finished eating, the restaurant was packed. We will definitely be back!
