Great place to bowl and get drinks!

The best part is accessible parking right underneath it.

bowling lanes are good. well maintained and clean. even a 16oz bottle of water is not allowed. when you are thirsty, use a vending machine. i wish one bottle of water is allowed.

This place operates like a prison with guards walking up n down a catwalk and enough cameras to make a feature film. There are more words on all the stipulation signs here than a PhD dissertation, and a "NO REFILLS" sign at the bar that's bigger than the entire menu. Also, they refused to put up the bumpers bc we didnt have someone under age12 with us. FUN IS RESTRICTED

Lanes aren’t oiled properly and balls and bad. Also there isn’t enough room by the lanes to bowl properly.

The place is clean. The entry-way staff who said he is originally from Nashville is really friendly, polite, and does his job well.

Go somewhere else! Security at the door didn’t allow medical water bottle inside. Was very threatened and condescending and didn’t allow me to speak to a manager. Lied and said they could give me free water but then doubled back and said I had to buy from vending machines. Did the opposite of safety.

I recently visited this bowling alley for a birthday celebration and had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. Upon arrival, the staff did not explain the difference in pricing options or what helps their customers. As a group of mostly women, we felt dismissed from the start. During our game the equipment was faulty right away, not recording our scores correctly and not resetting properly. We even had to wait at times for staff to push the ball forward back into position.

We explained everything that was going wrong with our lane and only asked that we at least finish the last 3 and a half rounds of the game to the staff, who then called the Manager Mario. Mario took 15 minutes to come to the front desk, and when our situation was explained to him he was extremely unprofessional, yelling at us and waving his hands dismissively, insisting it was our fault for paying the hour instead of per game, even though the price equivalent would have cost us exactly the same. We were absolutely disgusted by Mario and his team's behavior. They were dismissive, disrespectful and unwelcoming to us first time guests. It was clear that they took pride in their poor service, even claiming that the GM supports their behavior, and that he would be "getting a raise for this complaint". This appalling attitude ruined what was supposed to be a joyful celebration. What’s worse is that we weren’t asking for the five games we would’ve had if we played per game, we were merely asking to finish the last three rounds.

Based on this experience, we will never return to this bowling alley and cannot recommend it to others. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Very nostalgic old school

Amazing staff and service. Especially enjoyed the food as I got the asada fries supreme, and it was great as a shareable.
