Food: authentic, meat falls apart in your mouth. We got the kabab (beef) combo plates & gheime stew. Wonderful combo! Service: lovely and friendly! Perfectly Persian hospitality.

My boyfriend and I were having dinner with his family and came across this place. The 5 of us came into the restaurant to eat there. The menu isn't extensive so it didn't take long for us to choose. I ordered one ground beef kabob (koobideh) that came with rice and a few veggies like a roasted tomato, one piece of squash, and one small piece of a bell pepper. The rice is really what fills you up. The kabob was flavorful but I wish the plate came with a bit more veggies for almost $20. We also ordered a Mediterranean salad which was big enough to be shared. Another family member ordered a smaller side salad. One thing I will point out is that the salads were super fresh and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. We also got a side of tzatziki that was the perfect addition. Overall, great food and the person helping us was super nice and helpful.

Fantastic food but I tried ordering online and it took my 65 dollar order that never showed up. Call it in or use some other method but use their online system at your own risk.

Delicious food, but…(and this may be because I’m from Texas where everything is bigger) … but the size of a single skewer of Koobideh for around $20 was questionable at best. Granted, it’s LA and things are just more expensive these days, but Shrinkflation Kabab isn’t quite in line with the Iranian culture of true hospitality IMO.Make the skewers thicker and charge more if you have to! The flavor is great! It’s juicy! Give us more! We will pay more for it!That said, a single skewer of top quality Koobideh meal in Houston is around $16 and it would run circles around any kabab in California. That does make me biased because Houston has the best Persian food in the western hemisphere, but that doesn’t mean any Koobideh should be that small. 4 hours later and it feels like we didn’t have lunch despite spending $50 on two skewers of Koobideh.Good service, good atmosphere, but the food quality needs to be stepped up to be competitive and worthy of high commendation, especially for someone visiting from Houston. So far, Houston 1 - 0 LA

When it comes to kabob this my first choice in town. The minute you arrive you are greeted with a nice welcome. After being seated your drink order is taken. Within in couple minutes our server comes over to see if you have any questions on the menu.If you are a meat lover you are in for a real treat. No matter what you order you won’t go wrong.

This is the best koobideh in Los Angeles and better than Iran period. The koobideh is soft and juicy, it's the only thing I order here. I give this place a 10/10 for their koobideh however I wouldn't order anything else

Such fantastic, genuine Persian cuisine. My boyfriend and I dined here for the first time, and it was a fantastic introduction to Persian food. We began with tea, then savored the chicken + beef combo, and concluded with the most amazing flan. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the food was simply outstanding. We'll certainly return! A special thanks to our waiter, even though I didn't catch his name, he was excellent!

My hunger was certainly satisfied having lunch here. The sirloin kabob (koobideh) is extremely soft, dissolves in the mouth. This must be quite unique recipe. It was certainly good and flavorful, but was a surprise. The chicken kabob (white meat) was super good, not dry at all and full of flavor. Staff very friendly and attentive.
