Horrible experience - their food was poor quality. The chef claimed that a patty like thin steak was a real piece of steak even when the first server agreed that this is not what a steak should look like. Second server then claimed because it was cooked it shrunk - made no sense. Save your money and your time from a bad experience go elsewhere.

Kosher restaurant prices are always more expensive, and it is also normal that you might need to work a bit extra hard to get a waiter's attention. With those things understood, this is a wonderful restaurant. Food is delicious, staff are friendly and helpful, and the ambiance is lovely. Steaks are excellent, tarte flambé is delightful, chocolate lava cake was a huge hit! We went for my daughter's 11th birthday. We had 5 kids and 2 adults with us. Needless to say, we were a difficult party. The staff were lovely and my daughter had a wonderful experience.

Main course Dino Rib tasty but a lot of fat with modest meat. Mashed potatoes not served until I had to ask when I was early done with the meat. Our server had not checked back after the food was placed by one of the service assistants. Appetizers were excellent, as was the wine. Given the very high prices, I expected better outcome. Decent but overall not outstanding.

First time having the pleasure of experiencing a fully kosher establishment. I was taking a colleague out, he's 100% kosher. I noticed he wasn't eating at any of the places our corporate host was taking us during a yearly planning retreat. I really wanted to take him somewhere spectacular where he could enjoy himself. This place did not disappoint. He said it was like being back home, but better! Nice work Mr. Shiloh's. You've now converted me as well. To Kosher at least ;)

Very nice restaurant in Los Angeles.
The dishes are good
The setting is very beautiful indoors and the terrace is magnificent with the lights.
An hour of waiting, watch in hand for ordering two dishes.
But the servers are very professional
They were able to reverse the trend.
By offering us desserts

We were a party of 4, and we were pretty impressed with the attention to detail and service awareness initially, but as our dinner went on, we felt like the service kept deteriorating.

Food-wise everything was good - especially the 16oz ribeye steak!
It was fantastically cooked with a perfect crust and cook level. 10/10 go for the ribeye.

I would recommend Shiloh’s.

My favorite restaurant in LA! Great food, service, atmosphere, and quick turnaround! I love going to Shilohs for all special occasions, birthdays, graduations, celebrations, and dates! The food is incredible. I love the seasonal dishes, sides, and the steaks and sauces are phenomenal. Fun cocktails and decent wine list! Please keep it up!

Mr. Shiloh’s in Los Angeles is a truly exceptional dining experience. As an upscale kosher restaurant, it surpasses expectations in every aspect. The moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel immediately welcome. Their courtesy was evident throughout the evening, attending to our needs with genuine care.

One of the highlights of our visit was the personalized touch from the chef. He created a special seasoning mix just for my ribeye and potato dish, which was absolutely phenomenal. The flavors were perfectly balanced, elevating the dish to a new level of deliciousness.

The wine selection at Mr. Shiloh’s is superb, offering a range of choices that perfectly complement the meal. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us select the ideal wine to pair with our dishes. The ambiance of the restaurant adds to the overall experience, creating an amazing aura that makes the evening feel special and memorable.

As an “in-progress” convert, it was lovely to experience a kosher restaurant whwre evening is safe to eat-avoiding the excessive review of every menu item to ensure it’s kosher certified. Where I am located, we don’t have many kosher restaurants so it was incredible to feel at home with our choice.

In summary, Mr. Shiloh’s offers outstanding food, excellent wine, and exceptional service. It's a place where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a remarkable dining experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy an upscale kosher meal in Los Angeles.

Salad was enough for 2. Steak was delicious even though I asked for medium rare and got well done. My husband ordered very rare steak but got medium. He also said it was delicious despite the doneness. We sat outdoors and it was beautiful. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice outdoor sitting and setting; but the food quality was sightly disappointing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The choice of music is a bit of everything jewish mixed up; which makes for a very 'busy' and sometimes confusing playlist.

"Mr. Shiloh's Steakhouse is a gem! The ambiance was perfect for a special night out. The food was absolutely delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
