This is the 2nd part of this review which is post-wedding review. OMG, Shin Mi catering DELIVERED. They were so efficient and detail orientated that I as the bride, could not even notice what was happening which meant they did so well by ensuring everything was running smoothly.All my guests including my family complimented the food so much and enjoyed every dish that was served. I loved hearing this because of how much I knew Shin Mi Catering puts its heart and soul into the dishes they makes. Caroline's team was incredibly kind and again, quick on their feet and serving our guests with efficiency! I cannot believe how solid this team is and how much Caroline is involved even post-cleanup. Her passion and drive inspired me but also made me feel that I made the best choice in supporting her business and her team. Her team also set up a hot plate for both my husband and me as soon as we sat down which again showed how detail-orientated the team was.Again, I would recommend Shin Mi Catering over and over again to all my friends who plan on getting married or any life events! The food was incredible! And yes, I am craving it again...You will not regret it! Thank you again, Caroline and Shin Mi Catering staff! I could NOT have done this without you!

My fiance and I had Shin Mi catering at one of our friend's wedding. Being a Korean-American who grew up on Korean catering (church events, weddings, parties), I was expecting the taste and flavors to be the same as these previous parties. But my fiance and I were shocked and absolutely delighted when we had Shin Mi Catering. Everything was seasoned so well and very fresh. I remember how everyone at this wedding was raving about the food and how it was one of the best Korean catered food they've had and I agreed. I knew we had to have Shin Mi Catering for our wedding and so we ended up reaching out to work with them.Caroline, the owner and president at Shin Mi Catering is very skilled and experienced. She's thorough and communicates with you honestly and directly which I really appreciated. She's been in this industry since the 90's and so I immediately trusted her when we began talking about what to do for our wedding. Even before the tasting, I told Caroline I'd like to work with her and so we scheduled the tasting which again, she provided delicious bites of what was to be served on our wedding day. She's an expert in this field and so I would suggest trusting her and letting her lead you in what you're looking for especially if it's your wedding or a large event. She was able to work with me on some last minute changes and was so understanding about it.This review is simply about the process, communication, and Caroline's commitment to serving quality food and also ensuring her clients are taken care of. Anyone who meets her will be able to tell how closely she has her business to her heart and wants to do her best at every event. I couldn't be happier with the way Maggie and the team organized our event, showed up on time and accommodated our folks. The food was excellent, they made great menu suggestions to us and would be more than happy to recommend to anyone planning to host future parties.
