My fiance and I had Shin Mi catering at one of our friend's wedding. Being a Korean-American who grew up on Korean catering (church events, weddings, parties), I was expecting the taste and flavors to be the same as these previous parties. We used Shin Mi Catering when we hosted a large reception for approximately 300 people. I couldn't be happier with the way Maggie and the team organized our event, showed up on time and accommodated our folks. The food was excellent, they made great menu suggestions to us and would be more than happy to recommend to anyone planning to host future parties.
