Order pork blood to eat. I was shocked when I saw it because it gave so much more than before. The food is much more delicious than before. So I asked the young waiter if the owner had changed or not. The answer is yes, almost a year ago. I ordered duck rice to take home and it was delicious as well. The rice is very fragrant and soft.Nowadays, delicious Thai food like this is hard to find. Please help support each other a little.

One of our favorite Hollywood restaurants!! A hidden gem not to miss. Authentic thai cuisine at very reasonable prices.Have eaten for a couple decades in Thai Town but only went to Siam Sunset a few years ago. This was the first place I've ever eaten pad kra pao & it has become my favorite Thai dish! And Siam easily makes it the best!Only knock is there's no on site parking, but street parking is usually not too tough depending on the day. Still it's worth the walk.Would give it six stars if it were possible.

Not open at 8am. Who knows when they will but it's certainly not at 6am. Nobody there to answer phone. Hotel owners are rude as well. This place used to be great. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

The food is absolutely delicious! My table had the duck noodles (with soup and dry), chicken and rice, pad see ew, and larb. So fresh and flavorful, all for a great price. But one of the highlights for me is the staff. I left my bag with wallet and ID at the table and didn't realize until the next day, when they were closed. Chayyasit (James) actually called me and returned my bag, safe and sound. I offered a tip as a thank-you, but he just smiled and did not accept the tip. I'm so touched by their kindness and care for others! So, come for the amazing, authentic food, and be sure to generously tip these wonderful human beings.

So delicious. Had the congee, soy milk, tom yum, and rice rolls. They were all beautiful! Only thing missing was donuts for the soy milk and congee, but for them you have to arrive earlier in the day (before 10/11)

We were nearby on a Saturday morning, so we stopped in to try their homestyle Thai breakfast. We ordered the fish porridge, which was a little thicker than we prefer and had very little fish in it. We also tried one of their tofu pancakes with bean sprouts, egg, cucumber and peanut gravy, but found it lacking as well. The gravy had too much cornstarch and not enough peanut flavor. The waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating, so we wish it had been a little tastier.

Good food for breakfast highly recommend to eat there. I liked the Chinese donut or Thai donut and shrimp paste meal.

I recently ordered the Hainan chicken dish from Restaurant : siam sunset, and while the chicken itself was flavorful and well-cooked, I must admit that I was disappointed with the rice. The rice that accompanied the chicken had an unfortunate texture - it was overly soggy and reminiscent of glutinous rice. This unexpected consistency took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal.As a fan of Hainan chicken rice, I have had the pleasure of tasting variations of this dish from different places. The hallmark of a great Hainan chicken rice lies in its tender, fragrant, and separate grains of rice. This particular dish, unfortunately, did not live up to that standard due to the undesirable consistency of the rice.I believe that with a bit of attention to detail and refinement in the cooking process, Restaurant : siam sunset can truly elevate their Hainan chicken rice experience. It's important to ensure that the rice maintains its distinct grains and doesn't become overly moist or sticky. This improvement would undoubtedly enhance the dining experience and keep customers coming back for more.I look forward to the possibility of revisiting Restaurant : siam sunset and enjoying a Hainan chicken rice that truly captures the essence of this beloved dish. With a small adjustment to the rice preparation, I'm confident that Restaurant : siam sunset can create a memorable and satisfying culinary experience for all its patrons.

Came here and it felt very much like Thailand! Breakfast here was really delicious. We got the soy milk, thai omelette, tofu with ginger juice, as well as a hainan chicken. The hainan chicken was very well done, the rice was juicy and has the chicken essence in it!
