Wonderful coffee and wonderful food in a giant relaxing fun environment. They make their own bagels! They have a nice selection of kombucha and of course all the coffee drinks are great. They roast their own coffee beans.
They have a large roaster and a small roaster and we were lucky to get a mini tour because our friend works there. They have the coffee available in tasting flights sometimes. The whole space was built out and designed in 2019 and was one of the early neighborhood revitalizations in that neighborhood.
Check out the wool baseball cap merch too.

Order #166155 Absolutely horrible service from Sightglass. I ordered coffee on December 06 and as of this date December 19, I have yet to receive the coffee even after having emailed the company about this previously.
my favorite coffee shop to post up and hammer out some work with good food and drinks. The outdoor patio is lovely and the indoor space is beautiful and spacious.

Today was truly disappointing; I can't believe how much this place has changed. It used to be my absolute favorite, but now I just don't understand what's going on. First, they added a 4% "health" charge on top of the already high prices for drinks and ordinary taxes. And to top it off, my coffee was served in a ice cold Lounge! I can't justify spending over $25 for a drink that i should be enjoying..... It's December!!! FIX THE a/C

Absolutely baffled by the low reviews here. It’s a huge space with such a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The baristas are very talented. One of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had and have had no issues with consistency as I have frequented the shop many times in the last few weeks. It’s a great spot to get beans that are freshly roasted as well.

Food is always good here though I had a small piece of tin foil in my tomato soup today. Prices are a bit high, no refills on a glass of plain black $4.50 iced tea which is silly. Health insurance surcharge added too bill which is annoying and stupid... Just add it to the price of the item instead. The sourdough grilled cheese sandwich is great as is the tomato soup and a dessert I bought in the past year. Breakfast burrito is great as well.

I’ve always loved Sightglass: the place is gorgeous and the coffee and food are great. But—recently it has been swarmed by laptop users. 99% of the tables have someone working with their headphones on. It’s hard to find a place to seat and, most importantly, killed any “let’s grab coffee and have a pleasant chat” atmosphere, since it vibes like a co-working space. Maybe limit the usage for communal tables?

Sightglass Coffee in West Hollywood is my go-to spot for a solid cup of coffee. It’s one of those places where the cool kids hang out, and the vibe is just right for both working and people-watching. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with that familiar coffee aroma that makes you feel at home.
The space itself is spacious and stylish, with a mix of communal tables and cozy corners. I appreciate that it’s never too loud, making it easy to focus or catch up with friends. I usually grab an espresso or a pour-over, and they never disappoint. The coffee is well-crafted, with a nice balance of flavor that keeps me coming back.
I also like to pair my drink with one of their pastries—usually a chocolate croissant. It’s flaky and hits the spot without being overly sweet. Perfect for a quick snack while I’m
working or just hanging out.
The staff here are chill and know their stuff. They’re always friendly without being overly chatty, which I appreciate. It’s the kind of place where you can just enjoy your coffee and soak in the atmosphere without feeling rushed.
One thing to keep in mind is that parking can be a bit of a hassle, especially during peak hours. If you’re driving, plan to circle the block a few times or find street parking.
Overall, Sightglass Coffee is a solid neighborhood spot that delivers on quality coffee and a great atmosphere. If you’re in West Hollywood and looking for a place to kick back or get some work done, this is definitely worth checking out.

If you want to spend 15 bucks on a lukewarm latte and an underbaked muffin, come here. At least it’s pretty inside, but you’ll never find an open table. Tartine next door is light years better and you won’t get a cocky cashier with a sour mood.

Tried this coffee shop for the first time. Love how spacious it is and that they have plenty of clean bathrooms.
Ordered the egg salad sandwich and a chai latte. Both delicious although the sandwich needed both salt and pepper (which wasn't available).
The chai latte was on the spendy side for its small size.

Location was easy to find and they validate parking at a deck nearby. Very spacious inside which was great for my work meeting. My vanilla paste latte was good, not great. Food options looked good but I didn’t try any.
Parking: Street parking, nearby deck with 60 or 90 min validation (can’t remember)

Save your money and (especially) your time and go elsewhere for a coffee shop hang. I can only speak for the baristas and not the kitchen. I’ve only been a few times but each time has been mind-bogglingly slow and inconsistent. The baristas seem to have no efficiency or urgency when it comes to getting orders out. Instead, they’re more interested in talking with each other and disregarding the customers. The coffee is also inconsistent. It tastes like the espresso is not dialed in and like the beans they’re using are stale. Maybe it’s just a sightglass issue? Either way, save your time, miss this place.
