It is a cool place to stop by and have a quick beer. The 4 star is because they have a limited selection of beers and no draft beers ... I don't blame them for the parking situation because it's very close to DTLA and parking is scarce...

Hole in the wall bar with central american Latino ethnic flare! 21+Its community is friendly but definitely bites back, so just be wary of the drinks you can hold and do not act disorderly.It has a very small dance floor where people dance.There's table service or you can go straight to the bar.I'd suggest just enjoying a few beers and heading on home, as it can get a bit hectic after 12, but if you like a hot crowded room stick around. It's a very mom and pop bar...
