It’s a small place, but the atmosphere was nice for the two of us. We ordered the Blaze, and the broth was so delicious! The spicy seasoning comes out clumped in the soup, so if you mix it all in it gets too spicy — mixing in about half makes it just right. I’m not usually a fan of ramen, but I really enjoyed it.

They let us order. They brought out a few dishes, went back to the kitchen, and came back empty handed to tell us that the rest of my family can't have what they ordered.
Half their menu consists of rice and they had no rice. They tried to force us to stay and order soup, nearly double the price.
They became upset with us and started treating us rudely when we were trying to pay for that partial order.
They still charged us full price and offered no apologies.
We spent $200 somewhere else. They should have crossed the driveway and bought rice.
I will never eat there again. Don't waste your time either!

It's good ramen. Not super authentic, but it's good. The broth is the highlight for sure. Not really tonkotsu, kind of lighter and creamier, but very nice. Noodles get a 6.5 for me. Not exactly the right texture but I didnt hate it. The meat, is good meat, somewhat unseasoned, don't really add a to the flavor - it's just kind of there. Overall quality is good though.

I placed a Doordashr dab order and my order was supposed to be ready after 7:14 but you got my order at 7:35, the business orders do not deliver at the time they should be ready, the orders and for this reason the couriers cancel the orders

It was one of those gloomy, rainy afternoons. I was just looking for something warm, and I ended up at silverlake kind of by accident, just saw the steam through the window and walked in. I ordered the classic tonkotsu ramen and added an egg on top (because why not). The broth was rich and salty in a good way, and the noodles had a nice bite to them. The place was pretty packed, I guess the rain brings everyone in but the staff was quick and I didn’t wait long. Only thing is, it got a bit noisy inside, maybe not ideal if you’re trying to relax, but for a solo lunch, it totally hit the spot.

The reviews are real. This is *such* a quality bowl of ramen and you seriously can't go wrong with whatever you get. I've had so much ramen around LA and this is one I always come back to. The broth is rich, luxurious, packed with deep flavor. The pork is perfectly complimentary. There's tons of options for however it is you want your ramen. It's not over the top the best thing I've ever had but it's just darn good!
