The food is good, the price was a little high for me. I ate a burrito and asked for an extra tortilla and it was $18 dls without a drink.

I've been ordering the barbacoa tacos for a few weekends now, still good! Not tired of them yet. Hand made tortillas, a lot of meat. Comes with consume, they put limes, onions, cilantro and salsa on the side for you. So so good. Always hits the spot. And i don't wait long for my food. Tastes like comfort.

I walked past this restaurant because no one was inside. I'm glad I turned around. The consome with the tacos and Chile Rellenos was delicious. The rice and beans were cooked perfectly. The server was friendly and the price was reasonable.

I grew up in East Los Angeles I I have eaten at every Mexican restaurant there is. And then I spotted Simon's restaurant It's a small hole in the wall type place. It has the best Mexican food that would make even my Grandma blush Prices are good Simon is the owner, he cooks all the food himself and serves as well It's a great atmosphere See you there

Best kept secret in East LA. Little hole in the wall type of place but the taste and variety of Chef Luis' food is first class. You must try their 3 Tacos de Barbacoa with a Bowl of "Consome" (soup) which is not only super delicious but very affordable at only $6.99.Fast, delicious and affordable food!
