I’ve become such a regular at Simply Salad that the staff practically knows me by name at this point, and honestly, that speaks volumes about the kind of place this is. Every visit feels warm and welcoming, with a team that’s genuinely kind and attentive to their customers. Their Caesar salad has completely won me over. It’s perfectly balanced, always fresh, and consistently delicious, which is exactly why I find myself coming back time and time again. Food was underwhelming, but okay. Even though I asked for very little sauce I felt like I got too much. My salad was quite saggy. Restaurant is super small, so when it’s also dirty it’s easy to spot the problems. Staff was super friendly

It was my second time ordering food from this establishment. They close at 8, my order was placed at around 6. I add that information because I’m assuming it’s why my order was handled the way it was. I ordered toppings like crisp onions, barbecue ranch, with a red velvet cookie on the side. Neither one of those items came with my order. This misconduct is surprising and disappointing because the receipt that is stapled to the bag has each item/topping that I payed for. This is why it looked like it was handled poorly. Salad at 6 in the evening? Make it yourself!!!!
