The wraps are made with Attention to detail! It is always fresh and there is a good variety of greens available. This is my go to spot for lunch here in dtla.

The wraps today came out super thin compared to other times we ordered simplysalad. They used half of salad ingredients that’s why wrap is bunched up in blue circle. Ordered two wraps and both came out like this

She had such a great attitude. She made great suggestions and asked me how I wanted everything!
The salad was delicious and I appreciated having every single ingredient I could imagine.
The store was clean and so was the area where the salad was prepared!
Thank goodness I love a clean establishment baby!😉

Came in to an open door to the restaurant and without saying a word they were already rude and unwelcoming. Immediately they mentioned we are closed which is fine, but then we asked about using the restroom in the meantime. Instead the manager says you want to buy a water to use the bathroom? That's ridiculous and definitely unethical but thank you for making sure not to come back to your restaurant and give it a try.
The new employee was poor at processing the transaction. Other than that, it was excellent food.
