I love simply salad in general but today they went SO above and beyond that I feel compelled to leave a review. I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location. When I showed up to pick up the order at the end of a really long day and realized my mistake, the staff took a picture of my receipt and whirled into action to fully remake my order in minutes. They were unbelievable and absolutely made my day.

I visited there today in hopes to try a new salad place in my new home of sunny Cali and I can say this was an COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! The Salad was Flavorless and Overpriced literally!
And the customer service was not at all friendly. Walked into the establishment seen 4 employees 1 male, 2 Hispanic females and one black female and no one even said hello or greeted me and my fiance. The energy was terrible and food was terrible wish I couldāve left 0 stars!!

I visited the Slauson location and received exemplary service from the person who greeted me and took my salad order, the excellent preparation of my order and the quick and perfect presentation of my salad and Asain Soy/Far East dressing combo. I appreciated the efficiency and friendliness of the crew!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Simply Salad. I ordered ahead via UberEats, picked it up in person, and asked if they could toss the dressing in for meāsince I was right there in the store. The staff refused, citing āpolicyā because some customers complained about sogginess.
I get that for delivery orders. But when a customer is physically standing at the counter, hasnāt touched the food, and is asking politely for a simple accommodationāwhy on earth would you say no?
It wasnāt about the salad. It was about the lack of flexibility and the complete absence of basic customer care.
Love the salad wraps and appreciate the excellent customer service.

Have always wanted to try this place. Well today I did and I am absolutely happy I did. The portion and presentation of salad was more than enough! Asked for extra croutons and side dressing. Perfect amount. I like for my salads to be chopped and they did it PERFECTLY. For the amount I paid the size of salad bowl could feed two people. Simply Salad I am impressed and you have a new customer.

The salads are ok, price is expensive for what you get. The salad ingredients are fresh and you have plenty to choose from, the parking lot can get packed but usually spots are available. Overall place is ok.

I love their salads because they're made fresh and you get a lot of health salads for a good price. At this location, I got a wrap. I was disappointed with the tortilla wrap because it fell apart when I picked it up to bit. I had to eat it like a salad. While I was eating, I pulled on a string, not food. I was done!

I usually go to the century location. But ever since i came to this location, Iāve been happier with my service and especially the outcome of my salads everytime i come to build my own! I havenāt had a wrap from here yet but thatās next on my list. All the ingredients are fresh WITH ācucumbers!!ā š©š®āšØšš½ (For some reason century location sucks at this part)
I must say though, there is this really cute/attractive light skin young woman with the head wrap that chops my salad sometimes when sheās there i always leave there happier cause of her if i may be honest lol personally i think sheās really dope and deserves a raiseā or promotion of some sort or something! Sheās a beautiful girl & everytime i go and sheās there my salads come out lookin gorgeous as if she signed her signature with love in my salad! I wish i knew her name, but today she chopped my salad again and I appreciate her more than she knows yet as well as this location for providing great atmosphere to complement the whole experience. I suggest this location better cause everywhere else is slower for some odd reason. Definitely know what theyāre doing here & everything is really good!
