I love their salads because they're made fresh and you get a lot of health salads for a good price. At this location, I got a wrap. I was disappointed with the tortilla wrap because it fell apart when I picked it up to bit. I had to eat it like a salad. While I was eating, I pulled on a string, not food. I was done!

Our salad was good until my daughter found a hair in her food and this definitely isn’t ours. Only 1 person handling food had a hair scarf/hair cover on. Everyone should follow in her footsteps. It should be a requirement. The food here should be of the highest quality for these prices. Won’t be back until changes are made.

Ridiculously Overpriced for Salad. I did the build your own salad and got a few toppings that you would get on a salad and it was $30. They itemize simple toppings, which is extremely unnecessary. And the staff will not explain that certain toppings were more than others. Any other restaurant that have a similar set up like a buffet such as Blaze pizza, Subway or even Panda express DO NOT charge per item like this. I certainly will not be going back anytime soon. I honestly cannot believe they are charging that much for salad toppings. Price Gouching!

Every time I come try to get a salad, I get treated like I'm less than. I stopped eating there. Today I went to see if the staff had changed, The attitude did NOT. I lost my appetite again!! I will not Eat Or Spend My Money with Simply Salad.

Being that this was my first time going here, it was absolutely amazing! The salad met all my expectations and was “Simply” delicious and the atmosphere was great. Casey was very friendly and had the most wonderful customer service. Also, the tall man with the hat ( I should’ve asked his name) was extremely helpful as well. I will most definitely be back.
