I eat here often, usually ordering online for pickup. My order is usually right ...dont ask how you mess up online orders consistently. For some reason I always have to ask for a bag for my pickup order yet I see all the others are already bagged when I get there. Oh yeah and if they could stop giving my order away to others before I get there that would be nice. Or actually taking the people in line as they are there and not letting random just walk up and cut the line.

I love simply salad in general but today they went SO above and beyond that I feel compelled to leave a review. I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location. When I showed up to pick up the order at the end of a really long day and realized my mistake, the staff took a picture of my receipt and whirled into action to fully remake my order in minutes. They were unbelievable and absolutely made my day.

I visited there today in hopes to try a new salad place in my new home of sunny Cali and I can say this was an COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! The Salad was Flavorless and Overpriced literally!
And the customer service was not at all friendly. Walked into the establishment seen 4 employees 1 male, 2 Hispanic females and one black female and no one even said hello or greeted me and my fiance. The energy was terrible and food was terrible wish I could’ve left 0 stars!!
