They have a honey cardamom latte right now that is so bomb! Workers are sweet, it can just get pretty busy and you have to wait awhile.

One of my favourite places to work out of office. Free street parking is available around the corner. There are few plugs you can use to charge your laptop and usually you can find a seat available.
Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious coffee, and don’t even get me started on the protein desserts, they’re absolutely divine!
Love the atmosphere their service and specially my lovely saffron hot latte. ♥️

quite tasty, if pricy, latte. Cardamom latte was very good
Cute little coffee shop. Tried the orange maple latte today which was delicious. Would definitely come here again to work. Had a decent assortment of pastry options as well

Stopped in to do some computer work. WiFi was fast, there were a few outlets and the place was packed on a Wednesday at 11am. No bathroom, odd for a coffee shop that serves food. I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk, there was a $1 up change for non-dairy milk. The matcha was not the best but at least there were no chunks. Probably would not return.
Great spot and amazing matcha. Good place to work from and has a nice vibe with music on. Does not have a restroom.

Sipp is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. I ordered a saffron latte that was not only beautifully presented with latte art but also topped with delicate rose petals -- it tasted as amazing as it looked. The almond croissant was fresh, buttery, and generously topped with sliced almonds and powdered sugar, a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Definitely my new go-to spot for coffee and pastries!

Great coffee, but they don’t have a restroom!
Residing in Westwood, Ssip surely gave that vibe of go-to coffee shop for studying or working. The barista was super friendly as well, giving it an extra point.
I totally lost count on the number of Pistachio Latte I tried recently. It’s just flourishing in all coffee shops menu right after the dubai chocolate hype. Some used syrup, some featured it as their cream top flavoring, and some used paste or cream.
Ssip’s was with syrup and TBH prolly the syrup taste was not my cup of tea, as it somehow had that rose water hint on my palate. The coffee itself was okay, and price wise it’s pretty good deal for the size.
Spoilt milk. Croissant from previous day.. 14$ drip coffee and croissant. Useless
