One of my favourite places to work out of office. Free street parking is available around the corner. There are few plugs you can use to charge your laptop and usually you can find a seat available.

Stopped in to do some computer work. WiFi was fast, there were a few outlets and the place was packed on a Wednesday at 11am. No bathroom, odd for a coffee shop that serves food. I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk, there was a $1 up change for non-dairy milk. The matcha was not the best but at least there were no chunks. Probably would not return.

Sipp is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. I ordered a saffron latte that was not only beautifully presented with latte art but also topped with delicate rose petals -- it tasted as amazing as it looked. The almond croissant was fresh, buttery, and generously topped with sliced almonds and powdered sugar, a perfect balance of flavor and texture.
