Held a private event here, but this restaurant suffers from having poorly trained staff and poor management. We had one waiter for 30+ people. Halfway through our event, he disappeared for an hour and I found him drinking at the bar. I followed up with the manager David and he blew me off. The food, drinks, and ambiance are nice and this place has been a regular go-to restaurant in Westwood, but poorly trained staff, no accountability for the staff, and poor management is inexcusable for a high-end restaurant like this.

A great date spot with tasty cocktails and good food options. Definitely on the pricier side over all but that's to be expected with the location and atmosphere. There was soft live music for most of the dinner service. Some of the plating choices are visuals first, practicality second which is okay but does lead to some difficulty in figuring out how to go about eating the food.

We went to the skylight lounge for happy hour. The food and was service was good. However, the manager decided to clean the floors while we were there. The overwhelming smell of the floor cleaner gave us such a bad headache that we had to get out of there as soon as possible. Another couple also walked out because of the smell. And when I complain to the manager, he offered to buy me a drink. That is after I paid the bill. Why would I want to stay longer in that place and have another drink? Suggest management be more considerate of their clients. Too bad, it was one of my favorite restaurants.

It's truly one of the most scrumptious meals ever. The halibut with vegetable puree was prepared perfectly, and I had to restrain myself from lifting my plate to my face o lick off every molecule!

Prices are no longer worth the quality and the quantity. Chicken picatta came with about 1/4 of a breast for 34$

Great food, had the salmon which was excellent. I went for a work dinner and it was a bit loud though. Hard to hear the whole table.

Great drinks, nice atmosphere, and good service. Updates 9/14/2023. My last visit was on a Thursday. They had a sign out front that read "Live Music, Thursday - Saturday." So, I was looking forward to that. But, I was greeted with "there is a private event at 8:30. I asked what time it was. 7:25... I decided to stay. The beet salad was alright. If it was me, I would chop up the beets and toss them in the dressing, put the crispy pieces on top, then a scoop of that delicious buratta :) the pear and gorgonzola ravioli wasn't as good as the last time I was in. The ravioli was twisted at the top, which made it too doughy. I am attributing the difference to the impending event (*fingers crossed*).

This place was a great choice for an anniversary dinner, and I really loved my salmon. The tables around the bar look relaxing and comfy for drinking and talking but are almost too comfy to the point where you can't eat at the table, so choose your area accordingly.

We attended a group event here couple weeks ago. It was a family hosted party in one of the private rooms. It was a great location for this special event as private setting with doors! The appetizers, salad, dinner and dessert was great! The servers were attentive and courteous. There was also a nice bar inside the restaurant where we got a cocktail while we’re waiting to enter the private room. They Had a wide selection of specialty drinks:) The “wandering mule”drink was especially tasty! There was a convenient parking structure right across the street where our parking tickets were validated by the restaurant! Again, this was a great place for a family or friends special event.

It's a really cute place, though sitting in the area around the bar is not for short people where you might end up in seats so deep your chin is even with the table. The menu is extensive with many options in each category. We tried the pear and gorgonzola ravioli which is rustic style dough and sweet. The bruschetta burrata was excellent with perfectly toasted bread, the right amount of burrata per bite, and a lovely balance of flavors. The sauce on the linguine pescatore was tangy and flavored with lots of garlic. Beers on tap were high quality and good variety. Wine list had many options. Definitely try the bruschetta.

Very tasty, flavorful food, with variety on the menu. Service was excellent: polite, thoughtful, very relaxed pace. Atmosphere was pleasant, but a bit noisy with echoes in a hardscape setting. Not an inexpensive meal.Parking: Parking validated in large office building across the street.
