Freaking awesome garage style diner. Awesomely decorated with a sick motorcycle displayed on the inside. Delicious burgers and crunchy on the outside soft on the inside fries. Prices on the menu are for each item. No combos sadly so it's pretty pricey honestly. You can call in your order and pick it up. If you are a business owner. You can leave your business card to enter it into a raffle to win yourself a free "combo meal". There are two tables with four chairs and three with two seats each. There are three extra tables outside with two chairs each. They have flyers for events on top of the tool cabinet that's filled with stickers.

The restaurant is located across the street from the East LA Civic Center. They have a variety of food including burgers, hot dogs, chili cheese, fries, sandwiches, and a variety of other types of food. Customer service is great, people are friendly and knowledgeable. If you pay with debit or credit, there is an up charge of I believe 50 cents.

I purchased a jr cheeseburger and seasoned fries. The burger itself was very tasty, the secret sauce I think honestly was thousand Islands and maybe another type of sauce mixed with it. But it definitely tasted like a thousand Islands dressing. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were very fresh. Next time, I may ask for the onions to be grilled rather than for them to be raw, but that is just my own preference. The bun itself was very nice and fluffy and did not taste like it was days old bread. The burger itself was pretty big, even though it was their Jr cheese burger. I definitely would not be able to finish a regular sized burger, but I don't eat quite a lot.

The seasoned fries were seasoned very nicely and most of them had a good crunch, but I continued to bite into some that were a bit stale. Maybe they had been sitting around for a bit. From 1 to 5, I would give them a 4. Maybe next time I can order them fresh, that would probably make them a 5. I did ask for ketchup and ranch. The ketchup was your average type of ketchup, no comments. The ranch dressing itself had a more watery consistency. I tend to enjoy ranch dressing that is thicker. But that is my own preference, if you prefer a more watery ranch, this one is still tasty. They do charge for extra sauce, but they did give me ketchup and ranch for free, so I'm not entirely sure how that works. Their yellow peppers come pre-wrapped, which I thought was very convenient and sanitary.

I did not try their beverages, but they do have sodas, water and some sort of juices. They do have aguas frescas, but they are not actually aguas frescas. They are those aguas frescas that are premade (not what I consider an actual agua fresca).

I don't believe the location has a public restroom, but I did not inquire about that.

The dine-in space is very small, and on a warm day it can get a little stuffy inside. I ended up sitting outside and it felt fresher outside, keep in mind it is summer at the time I am submitting this review. There are not too many tables inside, so if you are thinking of purchasing food for your family, I would suggest eating outside at the benches, or taking the food home.

There are some tables outside of the restaurant. I would suggest to take some napkins and wipe them down. I did wipe down the chair I was planning to sit on and it was not dirty. Which leads me to believe that they probably clean them on a daily basis when putting them out. I did not test the benches for cleanliness, but I would probably ear on the side of caution and take some extra napkins to wipe them down.

Overall, I had a good experience. Will definitely return to try the rest of their menu.

Parking: The establishment is located within a shopping center that usually has plenty of parking available.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. You may need to request for them to move chairs so that you can use one of the tables available. The seating outside can also be used by someone who is in a wheelchair, but you may need to ask the staff to remove one of the chairs for you.

The burger was really good! But the prices are to high, $17.00 for just a hamburger, c'mon y'all, this is a burger joint in East LA, not a fine restaurant in Beverly hills

This place is an absolute gem!
I've been dying for a plate of chili cheese fries, and I MUST SAY, this burger joint nailed it! Never have I been so surprised by the flavor, quality, and portion at the same time. Should you find yourself at this retro style burger location, definitely spend every penny here! You won't regret it!

Vegetarian options: Veggie Burger

Parking: This location is part of a small plaza. An open parking area with plenty of space is always available.

Kid-friendliness: This location has an intriguing, almost retro-diner feel. Pleasing of course to look at. They even have coloring pages.

Wheelchair accessibility: Simple enough; there's a wide sidewalk, no stairs, and handicap parking.

I tried the chili dog with onion and it was delicious, but it seems like they were killing the cow to make it..... took about maybe 15-20 mins, in hindsight for quality food one must wait..... overall an 8/10 spot

Really amazing burger! I got the Hawaii Five-O burger without tomatoes and the grilled pineapple and onions were the perfect compliment to the bacon. And don't sleep on those seasoned fries. Perfection! These fries are the better, less greasy version of the fries we'd get from Rally Burger as a kid. I'm just glad this place is closer to my job than my house or I'd have some serious problems. ?
