I went for breakfast yesterday morning and the food was decent but I'm giving this place a low rating because the male server that was working at the time went out of his way to ignore me and was extremely rude. Every time he walked by, he didn't look at me and only asked the people sitting at tables around me if they needed anything/how are things. The only other server there was a very kind lady and only when she went on break did the male server start to acknowledge me (bc he was forced to now and he still did not say a word until I got up to leave after paying). That really ruined the entire experience and it really felt targeted. I did not get the male server's name but shame on you for actively being such a nasty and mean person.

Social has very good quality food. There's options for everyone. Price point is quite high, as to be anticipated by hotel restaurants. My only complaint: We have been attending a convention at the LAX Marriott for 8 years now and one would hope that the leadership at the hotel would be well aware than their restaurants will be significantly impacted when there's now 3000+ people there for the weekend. The staff does their absolute best but at the end of the day, there aren't enough of them and the kitchen staff clearly struggles to get the meals plated up in a reasonable amount of time. So if you plan on eating at Social, plan on allowing more time than you think you need and for heaven sake be patient with your restaurant staff. They are doing their best.

I went there for breakfast buffet. 11,sep, early
In the morning.
During the meal I needed spoon.
So I asked lady staff who looks like cook
"Where is spoon"? at food counter.
She shouted to me "there! There! "
She looks very upset and extreamly rude.
She was carring yorgurt, and wearing glasses.
I was so embarrassed at that time.

She need more polite attitude to the customer.
She ruined my calm breakfast.
Is asking where is a spoon is such an annoying question to her?

The bar service is outstanding. Whether you sit at the bar or at a high-top table, you receive attentive, professional service. You can order food from the menus of all three restaurants located in this hotel. Ambience is relaxing, a pleasant change from a noisy and busy bar scene. ?

The menus from all three restaurants on hotel property are available providing a large selection of items and price points. Food and beverage prices are high, but to be expected on a hotel strip next to LAX.

We stopped in twice and both times were good. Once for dinner and once for breakfast. The staff were really nice both times and the food was pretty good. If your stuck in LA after a canceled flight and want a chill place to eat thar has a full bar I recommend stopping in here.

Kid-friendliness: This is the most family friendly place in the hotel.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access in and out.

Overall we were very happy with the breakfast we had here. We were served quickly and the staff were friendly. The only reason it scored a four is because of prices.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Social Market & Eatery, located in the Los Angeles Airport Marriott. The restaurant is spacious and inviting, with a modern ambiance that is perfect for both casual and business gatherings. For breakfast, I was impressed with the wide variety of options available. I opted for an omelet, which was cooked to perfection and served with delicious hash browns. The presentation of the food was also impressive, and it was clear that the chef takes pride in their work. The service at Social Market & Eatery was attentive and friendly. My server was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer all of my questions. They were also quick to refill my coffee and water, which was much appreciated. While the prices at Social Market & Eatery are on the higher side, I believe that the quality of the food and service justifies the cost. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable dining experience.Pros:* Wide variety of breakfast options* Excellent food quality* Attentive and friendly service* Modern and inviting ambianceCons:* Prices are on the higher side

We went for breakfast, good food but nothing exceptional.
High prices but above all very slow service, they made us sit down and to order I had to go and look for the waiter, the same for the coffee, in short for a breakfast when 50 minutes
