The food was delicious. I ordered the prime combo #2 and #4 highly marbled short rib. The cuts were melt in your mouth tender. There was a good variety of banchan as well. Everything was tasty but what put my experience over the top was our server, Hoon. Despite being the only server there, the night my party dined, he was extremely friendly and made sure to stay on top of everything. He was fantastic. We came to eat dinner on a Sunday around 6pm! Our server Hoon was the only server but he still did amazing taking care of us and everyone there. Got the prime combo 2 which was perfect amount for 4 people. Really good quality and no suffocating smell!

I ordered a small combo for 2 people and chose beef small intestine, beef large intestine, and abomasum. The ingredients are handled very well beforehand and are delicious after grilling. I will definitely come back next time I want to eat this kind of food.
