The flavors are truly amazing. The savory flavor of Wagyu beef and the sweetness of marinated short ribs are a fatal hit for my palate today at Suwon Galbi.

This place is absolutely amazing their galbi is the best, they cook it for you, they have valet, but their staff service was just terrible to me I wouldn’t it was awful because that’s just extreme but overall it was good.

Ordered the Soowon Galbi and a steamed egg. The meat was very flavorful, sweet and tender. It went well with the egg and the other free side dishes they bring out.

This place serve the best Galbi in all of koreatown. Well, galbi is in their restaurant name, I see why. It's so delicious, tender and so flavorful.their side dishes was great as well. We also love their galbi tang and cold noodles. definitely a must try spot.

Really good quality meat. Ggot Sal and other beef are great but soowon marinated galbi is must order. Banchan and Cold noodles were delicious and complimented the meal. The staff is top notch - cooks everything in perfection and brings your order at the right time

Great food. Abundance of meat. Amazing wait staff was attentive and great with cooking the meat on the grill. Valet parking on site which made it convenient. Highly recommended!

Legit the best experience I’ve had at a KBBQ! All of my senses were elevated, specifically in regard to the the quality of the meats/food. The decor was an upgrade and it was so nice and clean. The service was also great, they were attentive and nice. They even help cook the meat. Make sure you try their signature Galbi dish (marinated)… it literally melts in your mouth! The banchan was also different- so much variety! Next time I want to try their meat combination boxes. The dumplings are also worth it… comes with a delicious dipping sauce. I can tell time, effort and love were put into the preparation of the sauces. I noticed the sesame sauce had garlic and salt flavors- the perfect umami! I definitely left full and happy.

Used to be good, before the renovations. The quality of the meat has gone way down. Ordered the usual house staple galbi, and the marinade they make here is beyond tasty, I’ll give them that. However, what good is the marinade if it’s on fatty, low quality meat, that you have to cut out while you’re eating?

What a shame, been coming here for years with my family to celebrate birthdays and holidays. I hope they go back to using better quality ingredients. Especially for the $$$ price they charge, it should be nothing but primo meat!

Soowon is a ktown classic that is as good now as it was years ago. It has some of the best and most unique banchan in town, an amazing kalbi tang, and great pajeon. They take reservations too which is nice. Service is usually good and efficient. It's a great spot to take family.

Ordered a few dishes to share like the kimchi pajeon, japchae, ttukbokgi, and sundubu jjigae, and was extremely disappointed. Just a lot of sugar, no depth of flavors, I’m Korean so I know Korean food, and that was very disappointing. In fact, we left the dinner early to go to BCD Tofu House down the street, which never disappoints.
