Our server was really sweet and great, but it took a while for us to get seated and served. We went during dine LA. The spot is great I think if you wanna go and get some drinks, the food was mediocre.
We were so excited to try SNS for their Dine LA menu. The bartender seated us on the outside patio and gave us menus. We placed our orders and waited for our drinks and appetizers. Drinks arrived within 15 minutes. So far so good. About 45 minutes later, we were still waiting on our appetizers. We asked if they could bring out the grilled cheese as our child was hungry and getting impatient. They said it'll be there soon. Cut to 20 minutes later and the appetizers arrived. Total wait time from when we placed the order: 65 minutes to get grilled cheese after asking. Our main entrees never arrived. We inquired with the server and she said they ran out of salmon and it was defrosting. It was still defrosting over two hours later. They might even be fishing for salmon as I write this. My husband ordered the cauliflower steak and I assume it's growing in a field somewhere awaiting picking, processing and transport. I recognize that they were severely short staffed but I do believe that diners' expectations could have been better managed. There appeared to be one cook, one bartender (this guy was host, bartender and server) and one server. Not once did the servers express any concern/remorse. I did not get the impression that this was the first time they'd been short staffed. While we were waiting, another couple just left after being seated and waiting more than 15 minutes to place their order and another table who was seated right after us demanded their bill and left because their food never arrived. By the time we left, there were a total of three tables including ours. We drove 45 minutes just to try this place and it was a huge disappointment on every front. No apologies, no offer of can I make you something else, no customer service. Horrible service and as for the food I cannot really comment except for the grilled cheese which was standard. The wine was fine. Sorry Very Sorry this management doesn't care to appropriately staff for a Friday night.
Kind and helpful staff. Great place to host an event for large groups. Great food and drink.
we had a reserved section in the back patio for a christmas party so can only review my experience for that. they sectioned off a nice area with patio seating and heat lamps. we mostly just stood and mingled but they had mini christmas trees and water dispensers for us so it felt like a private party. we had 3 servers who continuously checked on us and took our orders. the nice part of having a large party here is that we could each give our own credit card and start a tab but we automatically had 20% gratuity (which was perfectly fine with us). drinks were delicious but the food was surprising good for bar food! we ordered kimchi quesadillas, vietnamese fried chicken wings (you must order this), tumeric garlic fries, and buffalo cauliflower. i would come again for another party here! i peeked a little inside at the main bar area and vibes during christmas were cute!

Our Wailers Ski Club held our Holiday Party here. Around 40 attendees. Very friendly staff. I ordered two drinks, Dirty gin martini which was just nasty dirty, and gin and toniic, which tasted like it was just tonic. They both tasted awful. Next I ordered a Patron on the rocks. Can't mess that up to badly. No, I didn't send the other drinks back, as I should have. It was a party and I made do.

Food didn’t live up to my expectations. Burger was fresh but not memorable, wings are extremely spicy and spice-levels were not mentioned on the menu for the wings. One of the workers open the window behind me after I told her I was cold and she still proceeded. Wont be back.
Impeccable Vibes. Rosie made me a black manhattan with mescal and cynar that was a beautiful flavor revelation. The back patio was so cool. Will be back next time I'm in LA for sure!

My friends and I went to Sorry Not Sorry on Sunday, 10/12, around 7 p.m. The hostess told us we could sit inside or outside — no mention of any restrictions. We chose a table outside, and as my friends were showing me the birthday cupcakes they’d made, the bartender came up angrily, demanding to know what we were doing there and whether we had “snuck in” to start setting up. No greeting, no introduction — just immediate hostility. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Once we moved inside (at her insistence), she didn’t offer menus, take orders, or provide any basic service — she just glared at us from behind the bar. When we went up to order drinks, she asked for IDs. I (the birthday girl) had recently lost my driver’s license and presented my valid U.S. passport. The bartender rolled her eyes and claimed a passport “isn’t valid” because it “doesn’t show height,” and that the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) “doesn’t consider passports valid ID.” Within 10 seconds, we confirmed via the ABC website that they absolutely do accept passports. Only after being confronted did she begrudgingly agree to serve us, insisting the policy “must have changed” since her training three years ago.
Out of curiosity, I later checked — ABC has accepted passports as valid ID since 2009, so she’s apparently 16 years behind on her bartending knowledge.
Although she eventually agreed to serve us, we told her she was clearly too stressed to handle customers and left. We ended up having a great night at The Wellesbourne instead.
Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Rosegold’s or down Pico to The Wellesbourne — both are excellent. Sorry Not Sorry truly lives up to its name.

We (a party of 3) were there on a Thursday evening on the patio...the same time a party of 100 was in the back. Rosie, our server, who is usually the bartender, was extraordinary, letting us know of the large party with only 2 servers and that they would do their best. Boy, did they. It was a lovely evening. Rosie recommended their version of a NA aperol spritz (Beauty, Bliss & Spritz); it was amazing. Our food was brought out promptly, and it was yummy AF. I got the Hanoi Black Pepper Chicken Bahn Mi, sans bread. I would've been happy if they just put it all on a plate, but no. They assembled it between two leaves of Romaine and wrapped it in paper. On on a busy night! So kind. My friends both got the Kim Chi Quesadillas with chicken and loved them. Also, if you order the turmeric garlic fries, who are you fooling? Go ahead and order two, because they'll go fast. We can't thank Rosie and the kitchen staff enough for making a regular Thursday night for us special. We can't wait to go back. xo
Sorry Not Sorry is such a great location for a group gathering and the staff is always so fantastic to work with. They make it easy to just show up, greet guests and enjoy the evening!

LOOK AT THE SITE AND PHOTOS ON OPEN TABLE NOT WHAT YOU SEE WHEN YOU WALK INSIDE> NOT VERY INVITING
Being part of the Lab at Sorry Not Sorry is such and incredible privilege. Chef Kim Vu treated us to her deliciously flavored Vietnamese inspired steak with homemade fries and an arugula salad that had incredible roasted cherry tomatoes on top. She described the details of the care she put into each dish, and sat with everyone who came to discuss her love of food and restauration. We drank really good wine, I especially loved the Pinot Noir. The whole evening was magical. Chef Kim is so passionate and generous and she deserves to have more people find out how good (and reasonably priced) her food creations are. Pro tip: when you enter it looks like a small bar, but don't be fooled there's a giant patio in the back that's good for large parties and small.
