Convenient, great location, wide variety of products with fair pricing, wonderful staff, and the cafe has yummy paninis.
waited 20min at the cafe for staff to show up. someone finally appeared at 2:47pm to say "no sandwiches after 3," which is why i stopped by before 2:30pm... complete waste of time, don't even bother. gross disrespect for customers and their time. would rate 0 stars if possible.
While the pharmacy is clean and offers some interesting products to look at, the staff behavior is disappointingly rude and indifferent to customers. There may be issues of racial profiling at play. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.
The pharmacy is a mess. Rude staff and micromanagement, they don’t know what they are doing at all. If you think cvs is a bad place to fill your prescription then this place is worse. Don’t walk into this place!
Great product selection!
Great selection of candles
Super strange energy here. They seemingly have quality products, but we spent about $25 on various groceries and household items then asked to use the restroom. The cashier informed us the restroom is for “customers only”, immediately after we’d received our receipt… presumably making us customers? I questioned this, and she informed me I would have to ask the other cashier in the “cafe” portion of the store. He informed us he could not give out the key to anyone as he’d been in trouble many times. I asked the cashier again whether or not we could use the restroom, and she said she couldn’t answer. Very odd, and very dismissive attitude amongst the staff. Not sure how we didn’t qualify as “customers” after spending $25, or if it had to do with the profiling mentioned by other reviewers. I’d avoid this place is you’re a person of color or LGBTQ.
Very helpful staff.
The cashier PROFILED me. He was blonde, 30s with a ponytail. He implied I kept something I thought about purchasing. FoolishFirst and last time I’ll visit this store. They lost a customer.
Parked nearby to go see a Clippers game so thought we’d use the time on the meter for a quick pit stop to feed the kids and grandparents at the cafe. 100$ for 6 tiny paninis and a couple of fruit juices. Service comically slow. Got denied the use of the loos, sorry, restrooms too. Maybe that’s a benefit only for the 200$ club? They mercifully let the kids use them at least. I can always relieve myself behind a dumpster I guess alongside the LA homeless for the complete authentic downtown LA experience.

They're stocked with some pharmacy staples, the cafe is solid, the staff is friendly... not much more to say about a pharmacy. You can also get flu shots and other vaccines here.
I had a great experience there yesterday. They truly went above & beyond to find what I was looking for.

The female owner is very rude. She stares at me like I’m a thief and has an attitude each time I’ve spoken with her. Her Rottweiler can be very aggressive at times. No longer will be a costumer.
Raul is the best!
