Worst customer experience ever! I didn't get a name, but it was the hispanic lady with all the tattoos. Avoid her at all cost. Everyone else in there is decent.

Food is delicious. My favorite is the Udon noodles it reminds me of the restaurant Kabuki also my favorite place to go it's fresh and flavor delicious. The only thing is sort of Con is the waiting time it does take a bit long but I understand because they are cooking the food fresh so keep that in mind. Overall, I suggest to try their bowl and sushi too .

Always love the sushi. The spring salad is great and the edamame side perfect for lunch

Employees lack awareness to verify orders are being handed to the correct customers. Costing money and time to the customers who had their order taken.

Service was unsatisfactory. On this day, Patty was on the register, and she was extremely rude and impatient. When asked about the details of the combos, she'd answer with an attitude as if she had somewhere else to be. While we were deciding on what drinks to get, she began taking someone else's order without finalizing mine. Then she ended up charging me for an extra drink?! Once I asked for a refund, she told me to wait and walked over to someone who was on their lunch break. A male, who I presume is the manager, told her to give me cash even though I had paid with a credible card; she placed the cash on the counter and didn't even apologize. Then, to make matters worse, my mom found a hair in her rice, gave it to the manager, and nothing was done. I spent over $75, never again.Whoever manages this location needs to provide their employees with customers. Today's visit was horrendous, and everyone was unprofessional.

I usually order over the phone, but today, we, Wife and I, decided to go eat at the location, sadly, the service as well as the food were not as expected, there are other sushi restaurants that actually put seafood on their rolls, the salad was dry, the dressing containers were filled just to half, then the ginger was so scarse, for an $18.50 per plate, it was not worth it, I will seek a new place to give my business to, also the lady at the counter, she needs a good training in customer service.

Well we gave it a try ,and yes I got sick but my husband wanted to give them another chance. We call to explain our concerns and Yusenia comes on the phone talking to my husband being so rude. All he ask was could he get something other than the California Roll and he will pay the difference. Yusenia hung up in his face so I called her back. Again even more rude. Its ok I will speak with Ben P. or a manger on Monday. She also talk about her co- worker Why would you work at a place with no costumer service etiquette. Yusenia you have a lot to learn if you plan on having a career or a job. We all have bad days but this is no excuse. If I am having a bad day at work my patients and their families will never know.
