Stumbled on Spicy Sugar by accident from a walk and it was the best accident! Food was amazing, such authentic Thai tastes and the service was amazing. Proper family vibe! Highly recommend and will be going back again!

Takes an hour. It’s good but man sometimes you just don’t have that kinda time. If you say ready in 20 don’t make me wait an hour. Screwed up my whole evening. Should’ve walked away after 45 min
Best in LA

Someone posted about this place in a LA food group I'm in on fb. I gave it a try and while I understand English isn't their first language, I tried to be very clear about what I was ordering. My food arrived later than my bfs, and she got it wrong, so she sent it back, and of course, it took much longer. The place inside didn't look like the photos either. But also, the food wasn't very good to me. I love me a good whole in the wall thai place, but this just wasn't good.

Ordered delivery - the Tom
kha coconut soup was watered down, the noodles of the Pad See Ew were coated with burnt sauce, didn’t like the taste. It did arrive quickly, though.

The Tom Yum soup is insane. The old school vibe inside is great. The people who work here are the best in the game.

Definitely the best thai food I’ve ever had. The food was made with care and was packed with flavor. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff treats you like family. Definitely recommend this place.

Great authentic Thai food. We were so impressed to have the chef and owner (KATT) greet us and explain the menu choices. Definitely order the green curry dumplings and spicey wings. They were so tasty. We will definitely return when we are in the area.
Love the food here, best pad see ew in town BUT if you order takeout make sure to arrive an hour later than you are quoted because they can never seem to have the food ready on time.
I’ve waited at the restaurant for 20-45 minutes past my pickup time on multiple occasions for my food.

The food was good, but I ordered food to go and it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to finish making it, even though they told us it would only take u to 40 min and kept saying it was just 10 min away. I was very late to a special evening because of this and they offered no discount or anything to make up for it. I wish they would have been honest about the time it would've taken, because we would have ordered elsewhere so we weren't so late for our night. Not worth ordering takeout here.
