A MUST!!!!
Food was forgettable. Service was horrible. Got a dirty look and eye roll. Service was also very slow. Would not come back.

Three of us went to this lovely spot this week. The food was delicious, especially the beet salad. There was confusion in regards to the food being brought out to the correct table (the people next to us had ordered the same thing) but the manager went above and beyond to make it right. Well worth a visit. It took a 5 minute wait to be seated at 6:30pm on a Friday night which I thought was very reasonable!

The service is great no matter how busy they are, and the food is fresh and tastes unbelievable. For my fellow vegetarians out there, get the Spiendino di Funghi; it feels illegal. First time I have brought my phone out to write a review while still eating at a restaurant. 10/10 will be back

Parking is bit hard to find but there food was good. Calamari was nice and crisp, the sauce was a bit citrusy. Their risotto was nicely seasoned and balanced but their pasta sauce was a bit weak for my taste.

This place is a gem! We had a short wait of 20 mins over the weekend for a part of 6. The owner Andrea who is usually at the restaurant front was amicable and got us seated quickly. He greeted us at our table once we were seated. This place is definitely cozy - perfect for a date night.
The food and service were both memorable. The staff provided us with the best recommendations. We got the following items and they were all great. But the clear standouts for us were the following -
1. Branzino Grigliato Mediterranean
2. Costolette D’agnello Alla Griglia (Lamb Chops)
3. Sea bass Crudo (special of the day)
Overall, a great place to spend your weekend night!

My test of a solid Italian restaurant is their cacio e pepe. Such a simple dish but so many places miss the mark. Spina is on point with the bite from the pecorino and the pasta is cooked perfectly al dente. Their ravioli with spinach and ricotta as well as their lemon salmon are also excellent. Have yet to have a bad meal there. Nice wine menu too.

My husband and I had just found out really distressing news about our cat so we decided to indulge in a comfort meal here and WOW. I’m not kidding when I say it gave us the will to live again. Ordered the lamb pappardelle and the beet ravioli on their specials menu. Wonderful service and wine recommendations from our server too! 10/10 no notes.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Spina! The food was phenomenal - every dish was crafted with such care and flavor.
The peach burrata salad was a perfect balance of creamy, juicy, and fresh - summer on a plate! And the zucchini risotto with scallops was truly unforgettable: creamy, perfectly cooked risotto paired with tender, flavorful scallops.
The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and the service made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
highly recommend!

Great service with good food. Small restaurant in Atwater. Fairly expensive. Pasta and glass of wine was around $75.
