Spitz in Los Feliz never disappoints! The street cart doner wrap is my go-to—packed with flavor and always hits the spot. The staff is quick and friendly, and the vibe inside is fun and casual. Perfect spot for a laid-back lunch or dinner. Bonus points for the sweet potato waffle fries—addictive! Great spot for Mediterranean street food done right.

I wanted to like this place - got two falafel gyros and the interior of the falafel was very undercooked and tasted horrible.. ruined the meal

I tried one of the bowls, and I wasn't impressed. The quinoa was supposed to be lemon dill flavored, but it had no seasoning whatsoever. I got the spicy orange sauce, and it was eh. The falafel was just okay. I wish I would have gotten a wrap. Maybe some pita bread could have saved it.
I don't have crazy,
controlling, cravings, for many places. But this is definitely a place I get the cravies for.
Their meat is savory and delicious. And I can get french fries in my gyro just the way I like it. Spitz is one of a few casual restaurants I can get lamb. They have a large, varied, craft-heavy beer selection.
But most importantly, the staff is always amazing! They are always friendly, helpful, kind, and full of great energy and grace every time I've gone. I don't know if all their restaurants hire such exceptional people but the Los Felix location sure does.
The atmosphere is vibrant, contemporary, funky, punky, and street inspired with murals of paper tile mosaics of Xerox imagery.
And the lighting is boss. It's clever and arty but practical and inspires in that DIY way.
In the outside world ( anything outside my house that is!), I often feel disconnected. Society, it seems hasn't recovered from the traumas and discomforts of COVID and seems more fearful and angry than ever. So, any reprieve from this mode, I welcome. And Spitz shines as a local, groovy, healthy, delicious, and
comfortable place to have a meal.

I just stumbled in. The decorations really cool and the food wraps are awesome and little sauces to add to your wraps. I highly recommend I’m coming back.
