Terrible place. Food, drinks and owner are bad. Owner was working the register and was so rude to the customers….and myself. Multiple people were mistreated.

The owner was very rude and dismissive. I was treated poorly from the moment I walked in. Definitely not a welcoming experience...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Owner and staff create such a bad environment.

My friends and I were treated so horribly. Won’t be coming back.

What a terrible place. Staff is so rude and unprofessional. And to make it worse the owner is even ruder.

I am taking my money elsewhere. If you are reading this you should give your money to a business that actually treats people well. There’s alot more other owners who are working hard everyday that you can support.

I will NEVER come here in my life. The owner was so rude, dismissive and unprofessional. The way they treated me was like I was a pest that came off the street. As a person of color this was very degrading. I and NONE of my friends or family would ever come here. I even brought my best friend and brother who was visiting me out of town and the experience was horrifying for them as well.

I am not even a person that likes writing reviews because I own a business. But when the mistreatment is this bad it needs to be flagged. I hope no one gets mistreated by these people ever again.

Blessed to have this spot within walking distance in Chinatown. Our Friday ritual is moving the car for street cleaning and stopping by to get two coffees and pastries. I’m not a fan of sweets but I’m in love with their almond pastry.

They have indoor and outdoor seating, but you order outside where they have a little stand/counter. My partner liked his coffee.

Top score for the vibes here. The ladies preparing your coffee emit, even impart, that sense of care and joy one keeps throughout the morning, and sometimes well into the night.

The coffee prep space is confined, yet the adjacent room is connected via a service window where these kind baristas present your drink. You could work or craft here on the good-sized tables. High ceilings and big windows yield mental health boosting natural light. Clean, well-appointed bathroom was a plus.

I bought a coffee from you today around 11:00 AM, and after drinking it I started feeling very sick. 🤮I believe I got food poisoning. I ordered a caramel oat-milk coffee, and since then I’ve been vomiting and still feel unwell. 🤦🏻‍♀️I haven’t eaten anything after your coffee, so it’s clearly from that. This is really unacceptable.🤢

First time here, parking was ok. Free and metered street parking. Always see people outside, the service was very slow. That was probably the only thing that would detour me from detouring. A coffee and croissant was $14. Good flavor but pricey. Couple tables to sit outside and an area to sit and work inside that was really nice. Would recommend. Worth the try. Not sure if I will return.

I love this spot so much! Super friendly service. Great coffee and pastries. I almost don’t want to tell people about it sometimes bc I feel like it’s a hidden gem but always have to share!

This coffee shop feels like home. Joanna, Edgar, and Inez make every visit special.

Joanna’s warm energy makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in, she remembers your order and genuinely cares.

The coffee’s great, the space is cozy and clean, but it’s the people who make it truly special. You don’t just grab coffee here, you leave in a better mood.

Highly recommend!

Best coffee in Los Angeles. I go out of my way to get my morning cup here because it is the best. I also buy my beans here. They have a beautifully curated selection of beans from small family owned farms in Brazil.
This place is a hidden gem. The service is wonderful.
