Grown in the depths of Brazil's coffee-rich Cerrado Mineiro region, Milton produces world-class microlot coffees on his family's farm, Chapado de Ferro. Even with Lower Altitudes, Milton's coffes are full of brilliant flavors due to his knowledge of the land's volcanic soils and complex weather patterns. What else can we say but sensacional! Deus Me Livre (Blend)
Regions: Various in Brazil Varieties: Catuaí 144, Yellow Catucai, Red Catuaí Process: Natural MASL: Various Notes: Fudge, Candied Cherry, Strawberry-kiwi. We did it! SPLA's first ever blend, Deus Me Livre (God Forbid), strikes all the right chords as we enter a time of uncertainty and innovation. With each sip, you taste a sample from each farm that we work with and will be surprised by the complexity of this hand-crafted blend. I mean, we still need amazing coffee, right? Deus me livre. Recommended for Espresso, Chemex and Cold Brew. Currently Tastes Like: TBD.

I made an order error because I was confused between cappuccino and Cafe Jinho, but they kindly changed it right away and the service was great! The atmosphere is nice and there are lots of seats on the terrace and inside! The coffee cup is pretty too💗

Aquarela has been my go to spot for a while now and the staff, environment, energy and vibe is always sweet, supportive and inviting. The spot in Chinatown is quiet and a great location to get any kind of work done! I highly recommend you visit and if you’re looking for a spot to work and have a good coffee this is your spot!

This place literally changed my husband addiction from tea to coffee! His favorite coffee is "Acaua" from Brazil. Their service starts w a friendly smile and always get our orders spot on. Thank you Orion!
