Came in with a broken brake handle and a front shifter that wasn’t working the way it should. Genny got it all fixed up pretty quick and was super helpful giving me the breakdown of what she was actually doing on the bike. She seemed super knowledgeable and I feel like they definitely know what they are doing. Price wasn’t too bad either. 5/5
The good: awesome destination when you’re on your bike. Just park by the zoo and ride the 4-ish miles to Spoke. Food is awesome (once you can actually order it and it arrives). Best avocado toast I’ve ever had.
The bad: the staff at Spoke are like every snotty coffee shop meme (disinterested, cold, slow). The line to order food is loooong and the wait is even worse. So be prepared to invest some time if you go. Also, the coffee is not great.

I LOVE this place! I’m from New England and I would fly the six hours again just to eat another kale chicken caesar salad! The dressing is the best caesar I’ve ever had!! My boyfriend also loved his Spoke Burger with fries! Plus the guy at the register was epic and famous, I know him from instagram reels! The environment is also really cool!
