Delicious and affordable!!! Get yourself an app, a couple of different mains, and a bowl of rice and you’re in heaven! Can’t wait to go back and have some wine with my meal for dinner

Spoon & Pork is a Filipino restaurant that never disappoints. Their lechon kawali is crispy and savory, and the adobo rice is a must-try. The flavors are bold, and the portions are generous. The vibe is modern but cozy, and the staff is friendly

This place opened my mind how good filipino food is. Everything we tried was very flavorful and tasty, especially the pork dish and beef stek one! They have great drinks to go well with the food too

Words cannot describe how I feel. The lechon and kare kare just melts in your mouth, and the pickled cabbage adds a refreshing light note to tie it all together. Add some garlic rice on the side and chefs kiss. This food was amazing

We came in for Father’s Day to celebrate me fathering myself for a majority of my life.
The server was so so busy. He ran around bussing and serving and taking orders. It was all a spectacle but he handled everything with a smile and a nod.
Unsure if he was joking when he said it was his last day though.
The food was fantastic. Had the chicken skin chicharones because I’m a human baboy but a sexy baboy.
Had the calamansi juice. I wanted to try their Lechon kawali but I also wanted to try their bistek because i couldn’t get it at another restaurant the day before.
My wife was kind enough to get the Lechon breakfast so that I could try it and also eat the bistek. They were both very good and the garlic rice was great and garlicky!
Some places just have a hint of it but this was great.
We had the mango sago desert. It was the only one really. Kinda wish they had more but we had our fill.
Great place. Do it. Go there.
Don’t be a filipiNO. Be a filipiYES.

Philippino food is not the most approachable cuisine in the Asian food scene. You can't really compare it to other Asian food and it's unique in its own way. Spoon and pork does a great job at making it approachable to anyone! We got pretty much everything on the menu and it was delicious. Just 10/10.
The Only down side was the service. When we were seated there was only one server. He might have been overwhelmed because it's always busy but he was not doing a great job at hiding it. We asked 2 simple questions regarding the menu and this guy was so rude and uninterested in answering them. He was adamant on making us feel like we have to hurry and order so he can walk away. But this is how you know the food was good because even with the unpleasant service I'm giving spoon and pork 5 starts!
Tldr: yes it lives up to the hype but not the service

I was today years old when I first tried a Filipino restaurant! @spoonandporkla was wow! Who knew you can make nigiri with some well-seasoned, cooked pork!? I followed that with a crispy pork shank, ginger rice, and a mango beer! Yum!!!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for many months because I truly appreciated their food and creative dishes. However, my recent visit was a big letdown, and unfortunately, it will be my last.
Right when I walked in, there was a strong unpleasant smell inside the restaurant—almost like urine—which immediately set a bad tone. The tables were uneven and not properly cleaned, which only added to the discomfort.
What really sealed the experience was the service. An older waiter, who came off as sassy and dismissive, barely paid attention to customers. When I pointed out that my chicken inasal was still raw and showed visible blood, he simply told me it was already cooked. After I insisted, he offered a refund but walked away without a word of apology or concern.
To top it off, the food wasn’t even close to the quality I’ve enjoyed in the past. It’s clear that something has changed—perhaps due to rising ingredient costs—but the drop in quality is obvious.
It’s disappointing to see a once-favorite spot fall so far. I won’t be coming back.

Literally my mom, my sister and me got horrible food poisoning from this restaurant. Went for my mom’s birthday and I’ve been in bed for 30 hours now. Horrible fever and diarrhea.
Not worth coming here.

The building is old, the service was good, and I’m going to be dreaming about the beef adobo. Don’t tell my mom. Definitely my favorite dish. If you like beer try all the Engkanto’s offered. I now have a brewery to visit in the PI.
