Patita is juicy and flavorful. Service is excellent. This is a great place for a casual date night but still feel hip and cool.

Possibly the best lumpia I've ever had. The patita was really good too and lived up to the hype. Crispy skin outside and the meat was moist too.

Tasty lechon kawali and adobo rice. Good music and ambiance. Experience was spoiled because we were given dirty silver water cups--they had pieces or threads of some cloth or paper fibers inside.

Best upscale Filipino food on the Sunset strip! Will definitely be back.Try the lechon kawali and chicken skins! OMG! So heavenly! Our server was great and very sweet and seemed to genuinely care that our experience is nothing short of superb!

We were so excited to try this restaurant because of all the amazing reviews. But sadly it fell short. The adobo was sweet, the sisig was bitter and it lacked citrus, sour and spice, the garlic fried rice with egg was good and so was the lumpia. The presentation of the food was nice but that's about it. And $2 for a tiny cup of vinegar was just crazy.

Food - We ordered grilled liempo (moist, tender and delicious), pancias canton (okay), calderetta (pleasantly surprising; so tender, so subtle, it was sooo good!), Brussel sprouts (too charred, would not order again),lumpiang Shanghai (perfectly crisp), silvanas for dessert (hubby loved it) and my absolute favorite, the warm coconut tart. Too bad they don't serve coffee. It would have been perfect with it.Service - Good; cheerful serversAmbiance - Clean, simple, spacious, good ambiance.

Wanted to try this location for some time. I went to the Sunset location years ago and really liked it. The owner chef was there at Sawtelle when we were there and was so cool. What a sweet dude. It's a cute shop. The server was not very patient with us and was not too helpful which was a bummer. Im not very familiar with Filipino dishes so I had questions about the menu. She was quite impatient. Fortunately we liked what we ordered. Lucky guess! It was a yummy meal. Hopeful if I return the service will be more welcoming. .

Spoon & Pork was absolutely spectacular. The pork sinigang from the dine la menu was one of the best soups I've ever had. I really, really, really hope they keep this on their regular menu because we both thought it was the best thing. The patita was also special and massive with really fun plating. The mushrooms and specifically the sauce was unreal. I feel confident in saying the eggplant ensalada was the worst thing despite it being very very good. Again, really hope they keep the pork sinigang going forward but even if not this I'll definitely be back.

Spoon and pork has some of the best Filipino food I've ever had at a restaurant. My coworkers and I decided to take a long lunch here and man, literally everything was mouthwatering and perfect. I can't speak any more highly of this place but it was truly an experience. And every flavor and texture was so unique and they make such great twists on Filipino food. Will return here as much as possible

nice location, inside is pretty open but pleasant. pork belly adobo is flavorful and tender, goes well with the garlic rice. one share plate and a small rice was enough for 2 people.

I've been meaning to try this spot for well over a year, but it opens kind of late for a lunch spot so I always missed it. Finally stopped in and while I liked it, it wasn't anything super memorable. Went with the Adobo pork belly entree and upgraded the rice to match. The food was solid, but the flavors weren't super punchy. I liked the plate, but not enough to come back. It's pretty basic inside and the waitress seemed to have a few many other tasks. She was still super nice though and I enjoyed my lunch. Nothing bad here to warrant less than 4 stars, but there's way better meals to be had in the same strip mall.

I haven't had Filipino food in forever so I was excited to try out this place. We got a couple of things to share:- Laing - this reminded me of creamed spinach but with a coconut flavor and taro leaves. This was delicious and very comforting. - Pork belly adobo. This was my least favorite of all the dishes. The flavor was good but I did think that the meat was a bit tough and dry. - Chicken inasal. This was my favorite dish. The chicken was so tender and you definitely need the sauce for some extra flavor. It kind of reminded me of Haianese chicken but more robust in flavor and more charcoal-y. - Garlic rice. You can't go wrong with this. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The service was a bit slow though even though it was really empty. We waited 5-10mins before anyone even came by to give us cups for the water or take our order. I might come by to try the patita next because it looked really yummy as well.
