Best BBQ I've had in years! The meat was incredibly tender, and the sauce was it's perfect pairing. My husband and I LOVED the mac and cheese, too, it's unlike any I've had before in flavor, and the most perfect creaminess. My husband was rabing about the thick, delicious chili as well. Our waiter/host/bartender was the nicest person and made us feel so comfortable in a town we've never visited before. I highly recommend this restaurant for food, service, and homey ambiance!

The staff was very friendly and good so my critical review is on the quality of food not the service. My wife and I have been coming here for years and the last few times we’ve noticed the quality declining. On our last visit just about every item we tried was mediocre. The quality of meats (brisket, chicken) were visually unappealing and unappetizing. The cuts of meat were more fat than actual meat. The end cuts were served cold and the bbq beans were flat although my wife seemed to enjoy them more than I did. We’ve enjoyed visiting in the past and think that it has been a great option of places to eat in downtown Los Angele but we hope that the quality improves.

This was a surprise a random pick, and itdefault delivered. First time out to this part of California, I can see why this business is so successful. The food is good 10 out of 10 with its own style. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a place to eat.
