What has happened to you guys?? The quality has taken a severe nosedive. I got two cupcakes and they both tasted like the cake was 2-3 days old and over cooked. And the peppermint chocolate one almost tasted of alcohol?? I’m so so disappointed. You used to have great, moist and tasty cupcakes. Not anymore.

A very particular option that allowed us to solve a quick need on our princess's birthday while we were staying at the hotel that was right next door. We didn't know they were so famous and our daughter was fascinated and really enjoyed the cupcakes.

I got the vegan red velvet cupcake from here today. I was expecting the V to be made of frosting, but it is actually just plastic! I chewed it up and spit it out. Why on earth did they put plastic on a cupcake!? Nasty. The rest of the cupcake was really good, but this plastic V ruins it.

aside from wasting plastic, they also waste paper. I was expecting them to just give the cupcake to me, but they put it in a bag and told me they couldn’t give it to me without a bag. What a weird, wasteful policy.

A great find while heading to Target from my nearby hotel. The cupcakes were a treat each night while traveling. (bought a four pack. The Red Velvet was by far my favorite) Thank you & Hats off to you from Discover Ames, Iowa!

I called to place a same day order and found the staff to be attentive, supportive and professional. She took my order and made the delivery to a hospital about 15 miles away from the bakery. Everyone enjoyed the cupcakes and found them to be delicious. This bakery gets 5 stars!

The red velvet cake was okay(warmed up or not). Cornflake oatmeal cookie was something different, that okay too. All in all, they are cupcakes at the end of the day. Nothing special. Ohh and, the cupcakes are very sweet, a little to much sweet.

Delicious but the cupcake price keeps going up lightning fast every 4-6 months. Currently, as of today, the price of a cup cake is $6 and change. Soon, it will be $10 and ultimately $20 it may reach $50 for a 3 inch size cupcake. Outrageous!

Pretty tasty gluten free cookies and cupcakes! The blueberry lemon gluten free was a very mild lemon flavor. Chocolate chip cookie gluten free was quite delicious, soft and chewy. Ordering system in the story was not very intuitive and seemed a little confusing to us. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. There's no real atmosphere in the store; it's essentially just an ordering kiosk and counter without any seating.
