Sprinkles, Cupcake Vending Machine

The Baseline: For a desert shop the flavor of offerings must out-weigh the taste of pure sugar, there must be unique/rare offerings that drive me to go there, and the value of the desert must be balanced with the fact I probably just finished a meal.

Food: Tasty cupcakes with a slightly higher price tag. ATM them at 4AM if you need a cupcake fix. I got the Vietnamese Coffee cupcake which was good but a little too sugary. Need to try others to really make a final verdict.

Service: Great service from the employees and there is a self service ATM for cupcakes so it is 24/7 cupcakes if you need them.

Ambiance: It is a fun little shop that is straight to the point… getting a cupcake. This is a fun stop for a desert after getting a meal in the Manhattan Village.

I love our local sprinkles ! I normally preorder online. My dog loves their pup cakes, they are great for dog celebrations / bdays !! The human cupcakes generally are very good too ! I like the vanilla milk chocolate, Vietnamese coffee, and Carmel macchiato flavors. I love to try the seasonal limited flavors too like the “cookie cupcake”, a favorite. They definitely are a decadent treat but they are worth it every so often :)

The cupcakes are made with the finest ingredients, creating a spark that makes your taste buds dance. You’ll want to indulge in each and every decadent flavor. These cupcakes are so good that I commonly get an assorted box to share with loved ones.

Usually my go to sprinkles since we don’t have one that’s closer. It’s between this one and Newport but more often Manhattan wins. We got here a little early so they weren’t quite open yet. We waited between 10-15 min for them to open. They opened on time or a couple min earlier and the girl who was working was very nice and helpful. I got a box of 6 cupcakes ( red velvet, triple cinnamon x2, chocolate marshmallow, carrot and a strawberry ) along with an order of mini red velvet cookies and a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie in a jar (not sure what they were called) but I won’t be getting the jar dessert again, it was too sweet and just too much. But everything else was good like always.

We had the special lunar new year Bruce Lee cupcake and it was amazing! Hope they consider adding this to their specialty offerings! Haven't tried the GF or Vegan options but love how convenient the location is. This location still looks super new- very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. We had ordered online and it was ready and available for pick up at the stated time...when we arrived for pick up, we of course smelled the deliciousness so had to order more. It only took about 10 minutes total from ordering onsite on their tablet to being able to take our customized box home. We will be back!

I bought 5 sugar free red velvet cupcakes for a small party, and the Nutella one for an extra dollar for myself since I don't like sugar-free frosting and I was curious. I don't normally buy desserts for myself but since I was already there, I figured why not. I was kind of sad they got the order wrong and gave us only sugar-free red velvet ones and I was already 30 minutes away from the store when I found out. Oh wells.

Red velvet is one of my least favorite flavors, but otherwise the cake was nice and moist. Frosting is as expected for sugar free, it was a little weird for me, but not that bad. Probably will not return, unless someone asks me to bring them again.

Service was friendly, but I would have preferred getting the right order, especially for how much each costs.

So all this is to say, make sure you check your order before you leave the store.

The cupcake itself was not terrible, I wish it had a little more moisture but can’t complain for an “ATM”. I would’ve given them one more star if it distributed both items I purchased. Still not a bad idea for late night treat.

The Red Velvet cupcakes takes “ All Of the Blue Ribbons.” Very very good 👍. They are really yummy 😋!! Well done Sprinkles.
