beware of this vending machine at this location! I tried to get a cupcake back in dec with cash and didn't get it, I never got a follow up email from them and today I thought I'd try it out again but using card but did not get a cupcake. Hopefully they will follow up with me this time. It's disappointing I thought that one time was a one off but seriously...

Who doesn't love cupcakes?! Especially a sprinkles! This was a fun way to purchase with my niece and my daughter. Would recommend!

I have been to Sprinkles brick and mortar stores and so I was leery about the freshness of the cupcakes coming out of the ATM.I was pleasantly surprised that the cupcake we chose was very fresh!We walked past the machine located in the Food Court at Westfield Century City. We checked it out and noticed that it said the cupcakes were "Fresh Baked Daily". So, we took a chance and got one!There are currently only 4 flavors offered. Today, they were: Red Velvet, Strawberry, Dark Chocolate, and Black & White. You can choose them each individually or in a box of 4 prepackaged. Each cupcake is $5.00. The box is $20.00.You first select the cupcake, add it to the cart on the touchscreen and follow the prompts. You pay for it and then watch as it is carefully transported o the door where you remove it.We took it outside to eat. Sprinkles cupcakes have a massive amount of icing and in the past, I've eaten only a small portion of it! So, I was cautious today. the good thing is that the cupcake was super fresh and even with all that icing, it wasn't overly sweet! We ate the entire cupcake with every bit of the icing!The next time we're here and if we want a cupcake, we wouldn't hesitate to pick one from this ATM!

Plenty of other options in town! try CRUMBS, a few doors down towards Ice Cream Lab! No "ATM" but, look at How Much More cupcakes at a time people buy there in comparison!

Waiting in line for a 1st timer to the ATM, ok! If not, totally not worth it. You should know better! (unless, showing peeps around town) Just wait in the regular line @ the store!
