The barista messed up a very simple mobile order, but he really couldn’t care less. No big deal but staying silent and just slamming the new drink in front of the customer is not the way.

We were afraid to say there is Coffee in 9y child's peppermint mocha drink who ordered her own w a cookie and a sandwich! I did not want milk in my drink. she got very mad when I mentioned that and tossed it into the sink infront of my kid while yelling!!!!!!!! Husband coffee had milk too. We couldn't have our drinks we paid for. We r usually treated nicely! Shouldn't Starbucks employees know not to give coffee to little kids?

Big yikes. I rarely even write reviews to start out with.I went in today after grocery shopping to get 3 drinks around 5 PM. 2 of my drinks came out first so I asked the lady that was working if my other drink will come out soon. She gave me such a big attitude and said, "I'm making it right now."Honestly wow. Was that really that offensive of a question? I get that people have bad days and all but you don't have to give such huge attitudes to a customer that's simply asking a question. Really soured my whole experience here.

Horrible customer service provided by Maggie.She’s there because she has to, but so clear that she’s not enjoying her job at all. Doesn’t greed the customers and was rude to another customer too. However when another Safeway crew came to the line she changed and was smiling; what she couldn’t do with us as customers. I know it’s hard and sometimes we’re like to be somewhere else besides working but giving your best attitude makes things better.
