11- 27 23 at 3:45 pm Make sure there is no coffee in your child's drink!!!! This scary angry woman hates her job and gives starbucks a bad name!!? Poor customer service. All of our drinks were wrong. We were afraid to say there is Coffee in 9y child's peppermint mocha drink who ordered her own w a cookie and a sandwich! I did not want milk in my drink. she got very mad when I mentioned that and tossed it into the sink infront of my kid while yelling!!!!!!!! Husband coffee had milk too. We couldn't have our drinks we paid for. We r usually treated nicely! Shouldn't Starbucks employees know not to give coffee to little kids?

Big yikes. I rarely even write reviews to start out with.I went in today after grocery shopping to get 3 drinks around 5 PM. 2 of my drinks came out first so I asked the lady that was working if my other drink will come out soon. She gave me such a big attitude and said, "I'm making it right now."Honestly wow. Was that really that offensive of a question? I get that people have bad days and all but you don't have to give such huge attitudes to a customer that's simply asking a question. Really soured my whole experience here.
