This location is very close to my family. I have to say that the times I have gone to this location, staff seem short and rude with customers. They are definitely understaffed. Such a high volume of customers and not enough staff. It isn't pleasant to visit this location. Too bad because that it makes good ambiance.
The usual Starbucks. This location is always busy, but what do you expect to find at the intersection of Fairfax, Pico, and Olympic. Parking can be a real challenge, and I've had to bypass it a number of times simply because there is no room to park.

Parking: Can get busy with drive through. Drive through could block people in parking lot...
