At around 3:05pm I asked for my coffee to be transferred in a Starbucks coffee mug that I want to purchase (microwave safe) and heated and all the attendant just agreed and say that they cant heat my coffee for there is no microwave. Very unsatisfactory. I was lied and denied.

It's fine, it's a Starbucks. You know what you're getting. Wasn't until we walked out carrying 2 coffees that cost more than our lunch that we realized we were deliciously duped.
