This is my first time at Hillhurst & Avocado location and wow!! The atmosphere is one of the best of all locations. Optimal and comfortable seating and open floor plan that feels inviting and not crowded. I had the pleasure of being served by Leslie today, she was so kind and welcoming. I ordered the PSL and she delivered!!! The best latte I’ve EVER had at a Starbucks. Thank you Leslie for your care and kindness, literally the only reason I will be returning!

There were about 5 employees on 9/8 around 12:42 PM. My mobile order had an eta of 5 minutes it took around 15 minutes or more to make one drink they were not busy at all. (Maybe w/ mobile orders) Only one person was making drinks. Out of the 5 employees only 1 person making all the mobile order drinks. They are very friendly but it’s unacceptable this is the second time this happens. Specially when you order ahead and give enough time.

This is my current “office”. This Starbucks is one of the few “Starbucks Reserve” locations left. It’s a large, pleasant space with plenty of room to study or meet up with a friend. The service here is consistently top-notch. Pro Tip: there is parking behind the building that you might if you didn’t know about,

There is a manager or disgruntle employee who gives me the worst attitude every time I ask for anything from her. I have no clue why she's so mad but if see her when I walk in I cancel my order and just leave. No idea what her name is but she is short and always wears a big hat.

Parking: Easier to enter and exit parking lot from Avocado than from Hillhurst.

Looks like this Starbucks has decided to close all power outlets to prevent people from staying too long. Maybe it’s time to remember why Starbucks was created in the first place: to be a cozy spot for enjoying coffee, reading, or working.
