I had a really positive experience at Starbucks today. The barista was extremely polite and took the time to patiently walk me through how to use the app and earn stars, making sure everything was clear before moving on. The rest of the team was just as warm and welcoming, and the store itself was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great visit with excellent customer service. Thank you!
Without a doubt, the best Starbucks west of DTLA. Plenty of seating, electrical hookups for writers, very friendly staff, interesting Westside customers (including Michael Douglas nearly every morning), plenty of parking, great music. What's not to like?
I’ve been a regular for a couple years since moving to the area. I think this one is the best. It’s a perfect atmosphere to work/relax in. Friendly locals. And all of this is due to the great employees who help maintain it.
