I ask for strawberry acai lemonade and the black lady was rude and she just give me a strawberry lemonade.
The fact that there are soooo many reviews complaining about the same person has become serious concern —the employee who works the noon shift — the African-American woman with heavy lip liner. I’ve experienced repeated instances where she appears to deliberately avoid serving me. Even when I’m clearly next in line, she tells me to wait and suddenly starts stocking chips or handling online orders. This has now happened at least three times.
Her actions feel intentional and have made me feel racially profiled. I’ve also witnessed other customers walk away from her register due to similar treatment. This pattern of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately
You guys are losing so many Neighborhood customers
I came to this Starbucks 20 minutes before closing and was really disappointed. The staff was already sweeping the floors while customers were still inside. It was dusty and felt unhygienic — especially considering food and drinks were still being prepared. I had my small dog with me, and all the dust being stirred up was right at her level. If it was really necessary to clean before closing, they could’ve at least used a mop instead of stirring dust everywhere. It’s unacceptable to create such an unsanitary environment while still open. One star
I have been coming to this Starbucks for a very long time, at least 3 times a week. Baristas know my face and know am a paying costumer. I try to use the bathroom today and was told that it was only for contumers. Wow I thought I was a costumer yet, the bathroom use was denied to me. Bye, bye Starbucks. Adiós, I will take my business some where else.
I come daily to this location I’ll be skipping it for now on and going to the one up the street customer service is way better. Waited like over 10 minutes just to get a Americano and an ice water lol. Making everyone’s drinks that came in after me. Gossiping away about a lady who asked to have her drink remade. If I didn’t step in a say something I would have been there longer. Idk what happened to the old morning crew used to be better. The energy is stale!
This is my neighborhood Starbucks, and I come here frequently, but the inconsistency is a bit disappointing. I find myself checking to see who the Barista is before deciding if I want to order. Some of the Baristas make the drinks up to standard, but there are a couple who make the drinks as if they have never made a cup of coffee. I think the staff may need to be retrained in order to have consistency in the drinks.
Randy was the sweetest! Great customer service at this location

Cappuccino tasted like burnt milk. Burned my tongue; could not taste anything that remotely reminded me of coffee.
