Very few Starbucks are open in the weekend afternoon. This location just happens to have their doors open for a chance to step in and visit.Nice corner location that offers a long wall l table that allows a patron to enjoy their coffee while having a full view of 6th and Grand. However there were very few seats available as in only a hand full of chairs are visible.Coffee is what you expect at any Starbucks. Service was friendly. Struck up a nice short conversation with Daniel. I recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Nice escape from the hustle of DTLA on a Sunday afternoon. Clean, fast, friendly. Bathroom was surprisingly clean considering hit or miss restrooms in the area from homeless patrons. Music was chill and not too loud. Benches were comfortable with leather backing. No couches or comfy chairs, just blocky wooden chairs I’m guessing to defer homeless from loitering there. Probably not great for studying long durations. Good for a quick bite. Matcha latte green tea latte had a good amount of powder in it and was mixed properly. Bagels were toasted perfectly.

I had a great experience at this downtown location today. I mobile ordered my drinks and they were ready when I arrived. I mistakenly ordered a dirty chai hot when it should've been iced and the barista took care of me. He made me a replacement knowing I messed up, and he did it with a smile. THAT is why I've been a Starbucks customer for so long- excellent customer service. This location is fairly busy and there are some homeless people hanging around outside. That's to be expected in the DTLA area, though. They were sampling white peppermint mochas today. Yum!

Best customer service of any Starbucks I've ever been in. Nicest staff by far. They welcome you when you come in and will chat with you while your wait. In a busy city this Starbucks is a hidden gem.

They thought I was homeless because I came in with a plastic grocery bag full of groceries and I set my bag on the counter and the Lady threw my bag on the floor. And after speaking to the manager he didn't even apologize and the ahole who threw my bag on the floor never came out from the back. I'm never going back to this location

I come to this Starbucks regularly as work nearby and like to get my cappuccino fix before my shift. Today I had an exceptionally pleasant experience with Daniel who was working in the front. Experiencing his genuine positive energy and sweet demeanor gave me an extra boost that coffee can’t provide. Thank you Daniel for your excellent customer service!

Order onlineOrder was ready when i got there but i had to wait a extra 10 mins to get it as i was told it wasn’t ready yet but it was sitting on the mobile order thing but 10 different people walked in and got there order asap i get it busy or but all you had to do is look for a name an hand it off

Not the best location when it comes to staffing. Waiting over 15 minutes for drinks the workers look stressed out to be there and not sure if the barista was new the one with the pony tails 2/10/23 but first off speak up no one can hear you also took over 10 minutes to get people water that were waiting when I came in. Then they misspell my name and then ignore me to walk away and continue to make drinks. The location needs to do better I normally go to the Starbucks on 8th street and Olive with much better customer service and better staffed but stopped by since I had to drop off a package close to that location. I understand they go by "numbers" but why give 7 teenagers 7 waters and 10 pup cups for dogs then tell them "I can't put caramel if you guys are eating it." Then believe the teens when they clearly have the whip cream all over their faces. Where is management?

I ordered a $6 blonde vanilla latte. No exaggeration, I got watery milk. Sometimes this location is closed even when the Starbucks app says it should be open, and the staff could not be less attentive when they are. Giving up on this location. Go to one of the many other ones nearby.
