I enjoy visiting the Starbucks on Fairfax. It’s a good place to relax and grab a coffee, and I appreciate that they have parking available, which is a big plus. However, I wish they had better tables; some of them can be a bit cramped or uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a break or to get some work done.

This store alone will be why I never drink Starbucks again. Tried to return a gift card I did not use and could not gift and they refused to refund me. I literally went back the day after I bought it to return and the supervisor refused to help. She said they couldn't refund me to call the 800 number. When I call them they said that facility purchased from could refund me so I would not have to wait for a check. Following day some employees did try to help me and were unsuccessful. When they called the supervisor for help again she refused to do so. Never coming to this location again. Close to where I work but I would rather go to the dunkins across the street now. Very unprofessional.

The store is not running properly. The interior looks dark and dirty. Worse yet is the service, especially the supervisor, Jonathan. Such a rude and cheap person should not be in service anywhere.

Hardworking, efficient, friendly staff. Too bad that Starbucks clearly decided to cut down the operating hours due to the workers organizing a union. I can’t get work done here late. I feel so conflicted going here to work because I want to support these folks but Starbucks has become truly synonymous with disgusting union busting.

I placed an online order and got there while the barista was making it. I get the pink drink with heavy cream quite often, so I know how the drink color looks like. I had asked the barista if she used heavy cream instead of coconut milk and she said yes. Turns out, she lied. I don’t like wasting food or drinks, but I paid for the heavy cream and vanilla bean powder to not get the drink I ordered.

When making mistakes, they acted upset to admit the problem and make correction. The worst is the supervisor, Johnathan; He doesn't deserve to be serving in Starbucks.

This Store is always close. Management need to get their act together. When they are actually open in the morning weekdays the workers always gossiping in spanish. Avoid it and go to the drive thru down the street.
