Hardworking, efficient, friendly staff. Too bad that Starbucks clearly decided to cut down the operating hours due to the workers organizing a union. I can’t get work done here late. I feel so conflicted going here to work because I want to support these folks but Starbucks has become truly synonymous with disgusting union busting.

I placed an online order and got there while the barista was making it. I get the pink drink with heavy cream quite often, so I know how the drink color looks like. I had asked the barista if she used heavy cream instead of coconut milk and she said yes. Turns out, she lied. I don’t like wasting food or drinks, but I paid for the heavy cream and vanilla bean powder to not get the drink I ordered.

When making mistakes, they acted upset to admit the problem and make correction. The worst is the supervisor, Johnathan; He doesn't deserve to be serving in Starbucks.

The service was fine and the Fraps were delicious but, I would not come back, since I do not live in this vicinity, I happen to be passing through the area
I get that they are forced to make conversation with customers because I used to work at Starbucks too but refrain from asking about customers' families. I am a stranger to you so what makes you think that asking a customer if their family is okay in a pitying voice will make them feel the "customer connection?" Starbucks never fails to leave me running away from their stores ?
